The SALZBURGER KONZERTGESELLSCHAFT was founded back in 1992. What began with Sunday Matinees in the Marble Hall of Mirabell Palace Salzburg developed to be one of Austria`s largest and certainly most versatile concert organizations to this day. The Konzertgesellschaft organizes and realizes approx. 700 concerts a year, employs several high skilled full-time staff members and holds over 100 musicians under permanent contract. Konstantin Hiller is the artistic director and co-founder of the Salzburger Konzertgesellschaft. He additionally contributes to the company using his conducting brilliance in his Orchestra 1756 or playing harpsichord with the Ensemble 1756...
