I am all about health and wellness. As a Pilates instructor for 14 years, I love to help people discover their bodies in a deeper sense and to experience the mind body approach to greater health and mental well being. I have a strong scientific background (M.S from Oregon State University) and years of working with plants, herbs, food and movement to encourage health and alignment... My deep love of Pilates lead me to working with people with chronic alignment and pain issues. I found myself wanting to help my students obtain greater freedom in their bodies and I began to see how body misalignment and compensation patterns manifest themselves in unorganized and stuck tissues, limiting movement and creating pain. My own journey with Fibromyalgia and chronic pain was a catalyst for seeking new ways to address pain and misalignment...
