Brandon M. Boone

Brandon M. Boone joined Daniel & Partners LLP in 2001, having practiced in the Region since 1992. He graduated from Glendon College of York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the bilingual program in 1990 and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (now Juris Doctor) from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 1993. He was called to the Bar in 1995. Brandon has practiced exclusively in the areas of real estate, business and wills and estates law throughout his career. A lifelong resident of the Niagara Region, Brandon is counsel to a number of small businesses, not-for-profit and charitable corporations and individuals throughout Ontario. He is a past board member and president of Niagara Falls Big Brothers Big Sisters Association, a past board member and vice-president of Niagara Falls Humane Society, a past board member and secretary of St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation and a current board member and convenor of Niagara Falls Minor Hockey Association. Brandon is also a past instructor of the "Corporate Law for Law Clerks" course at Niagara College and regularly writes articles and gives lectures and presentations on topics within his practice areas.

Donald C. DeLorenzo

Don is a golf and auto-racing enthusiast who is very active in the Niagara community. He has previously held directorships on the Boards of the St. Catharines Club, the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation, and the Niagara Falls Humane Society. Don has also been active in fundraising for the United Way.

Karen Shedden

Karen Shedden graduated from Brock University in 2009 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. She then received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom in 2016. Karen earned her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in January 2018, which allowed her to enter the Law Society of Ontario's Lawyer Licensing Process. Born and raised in Wainfleet, Karen first joined the team at Daniel & Partners LLP in 2014 as a summer student. After completing her articles with the firm, Karen was called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario in September, 2018. Karen returned to the firm as an associate lawyer following her call to the bar, practicing municipal law and wills and estates. Karen is a board member of the Lincoln County Law Association and is a member of the Niagara Rugby Club.

Matteson De Luca

Matteson De Luca graduated from Brock University in 2012 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2016. A proud life-long resident of St. Catharines, Matteson joined the team at Daniel & Partners LLP in 2014 as a summer student, and after completing his articles with the firm, was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Matteson returned to Daniel & Partners LLP as an associate lawyer in 2017. Matteson has represented clients in both the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice, as well as at the Ontario Municipal Board. Matteson's area of practice includes real estate, business, wills, and planning/development law. Matteson has developed his practice such that preeminent client service, efficient, resourceful representation, and determined results are at the foundation of every matter he handles. While not working on legal matters, Matteson enjoys participating in community events and staying active by hiking, biking, and visiting the gym.

Ronald E. Martens

Currently, Ron is an active member of New Hope Church Niagara. He has also been involved in education for many years as a past director and Treasurer of the Education Foundation of Niagara, past Chair of the Eden Advisory Board, a past board member of Camp Crossroads, a former Trustee with the District School Board of Niagara and former chair of the Board of Eden Christian College. Ron also coached his children in co-ed baseball and house league hockey in Jordan.
