Arun Nathani, CEO and MD, Cybage, conferred with the - Global HR Excellence Award at the Times of India Ascent, Asia-Pacific HRM Congress. Arun is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Cybage Software. Cybage is a data-driven company, and this work ethic primarily originates from Arun's thought process of giving more importance to how the analysis of data is applied to decision-making rather than the data alone. This thought process has led to the conceptualization of ExcelShore™ for Digital Excellence, which is a unique data-driven system used for all core decision-making in the organization. Arun started his career as a software design engineer in the USA and has been contributing to software development and quality management ever since. He returned to India in the early '90s and founded Cybage with the intention of creating one of the most efficient IT service companies in the world that provides a high value chain in the product engineering and IT services space. He believes that the right balance must be struck between being ‘customer-centric' and ‘employee-centric' in order to benefit from and provide benefits to both entities. He is a strong believer in the empowerment of the society through education and has been instrumental in establishing and promoting two Corporate Social Responsibility wings of Cybage: CybageAsha and CybageKhushboo. Arun was awarded the ‘CEO of the Year Award' by the National Awards in IT Excellence. Ashwin has been instrumental in establishing and consolidating Cybage capabilities that align with the dynamic contemporary landscape. He spearheads significant transformations for clients around the globe. He witnessed over two decades of industry evolution, providing him a game-changing edge to continuously reimagine solutions for the future. An experience spanning numerous market shifts and tech disruptions has made Ashwin adept at grasping customer pulse. David is an established global technology and supply chain leader with an illustrious career encompassing diverse roles, transforming businesses, and scaling operations. He is an industry veteran who has held several executive-level positions, consistently driving growth and value across global markets. In his capacity as the Executive Vice President at Cybage, David elevates our sales endeavors to new heights, exploring new markets and positioning Cybage as a formidable player in the global arena. Having previously served as a member of the Advisory Board at Cybage, he continues to forge strategic partnerships, leveraging his stellar leadership and industry acumen. He began his career with Oracle, contributing significantly to the company's dominant position in the database market and the expansion of its applications business in the United States and worldwide. In subsequent years, David continued to take on leadership roles within various global organizations, including Chief Revenue Officer (ReverseLogix), Vice President and GM, APAC (Navis), and EVP Supply Chain Business Area and Head (Körber). Consequently, his connection with Cybage began, and over time, this association evolved into a trusted global partnership, leading to Cybage being named HighJump's (now Körber) "Global SI Partner of the World." David played a pivotal role in the phenomenal growth of the Cybage - HighJump (now Körber) partnership as it flourished in the US, Asia, and Europe regions. David spearheaded the acquisition of Otimis in Brazil, a strategic maneuver that proved immensely successful, showcasing yet another illustration of his enduring and profound global connections. By deploying his "few-to-many model," he helped the business flourish into markets that would not have been possible without the correct balance of partners and direct FTEs. The model's impact helped HighJump (now Körber) become an industry leader, ultimately becoming a multi-billion Euro world-class supply chain organization. He is also a distinguished member of the "Pro-to-Know" community in the supply chain industry, an honor bestowed upon him by his fellow professionals. As an accomplished author and thought leader, he continues to share his valuable insights on LinkedIn. When at home in North Carolina, David serves as a guest lecturer to MBA students at his alma mater (Appalachian State University) on supply chain, analytics, and more. Geoffrey joined Cybage as a member of the Advisory Board in September 2023. An accomplished operations, product, and engineering leader, he is renowned for building technology companies through innovation and fostering sustainable growth. His expertise encompasses a wide range of domains with a particular focus on two crucial sectors: direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce. Over the past 20 years, Geoffrey has held several pivotal leadership positions, including CTO and Technology leadership roles for DTC and B2B Saas companies; most recently taking up the President role at Nogin. In these roles, he was responsible for defining the technology vision and leading diverse teams across various geographic locations. With a strong focus on product-led growth, high-scale software, and SaaS systems, he has consistently delivered exceptional results in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and digital marketing. Geoffrey has been a pioneer in e-commerce, spearheading the inception of one of the earliest online-only retailers to achieve a billion-dollar valuation in 1998, buy.com. Known for his tenure at Altiris as the Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO, Greg guided the company to eight consecutive years of revenue growth and profitability. He was the driving force behind 11 acquisitions and he successfully completed an IPO in 2002 in the face of a notable economic downturn. In the same year, Greg was honored with the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Later, in 2006, he was invited as the Technology Pioneer at the World Economic Forum. Greg joined Symantec through the company's acquisition of Altiris and held the Group President rank for its Servers and Storage business units. The tech trailblazer has held several executive-level positions in his career of more than 25 years, including President of the Utah Information Technology Association; Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the largest university in Utah, Utah Valley University; CEO of Vivint Solar; he also serves on the boards of Omniture, which was acquired by Adobe; Venafi; ContentWatch Inc., and continues to be the Chairman of Board at LGCY Power, one of the fastest growing solar companies in the United States. Currently, Greg is the Founder and Managing Partner at SageCreek Partners.
