Adil Mouline is an external lawyer in our team in Casablanca. His experience within various advisory firms has enabled him to acquire expertise in different areas of business law in particular information technology law, commercial law, corporate law and employment law.
Adil advises private national and international companies acting in various sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunication, tourism, distribution, consumer goods, retail services, healthcare and transportation, as well as state-owned entities, banks and financial institutions.
Ali Abbas is a qualified Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is a licensed Advocate of the High Court of Pakistan. Ali has over 6 years of experience advising on corporate and commercial matters. Ali also specializes on data protection and privacy law matters. He is a member of the Digital & Data (Tech| Media| Telcoms) sector group at Al Tamimi & Company, Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Ewa Bugajska is an attorney-at-law in the Commercial team at the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland.
She specializes in data protection law. She also deals with new technology law (including e-commerce) and intellectual property law (focusing on trademark and copyright law).
Ewa supports clients in assessing the lawfulness of the purposes, scopes and means of processing personal data, including the consequences of transferring such data outside the EEA, as well as in the management of trademark portfolios. She worked for leading companies in some of the most innovative sectors, such as the pharmaceutical and IT industries, as well as clients in the banking and finance, energy, construction and food sectors. She represented companies in numerous trademark infringement or registration refusal proceedings. She has extensive experience in data protection compliance and e-privacy projects, including pre-implementation audits, implementations of data protection solutions, transfer impact assessments (TIAs), documentation development and ongoing consultancy. She has carried out IT projects including the implementation and development of mobile application software. She has participated in a number of M&A and asset-deal transactions related to the acquisition and contribution of intellectual property rights to a company.
She is the author of publications on data protection law, as well as workshops on copyright and trademark law.
Ewa is a lecturer at Lazarski University, where she teaches intellectual property and personal data law as part of the English-language Big Data Management studies.

Gareth Abdinor is an employment law specialist and advises employers and employees on all aspects of the employment process, including documenting the employment relationship, disciplinary processes, terminating employment, employee restraints, health and safety, and restructuring.
Gareth is also one of New Zealand's experts in privacy, information and technology law. He provides specialist advice and education in relation to compliance, data privacy, data and privacy breaches, social media and technology, and cyber bullying. He is a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Canterbury/Westland branch of the New Zealand Law Society.

Mohamed is a Co-Founding Partner at ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners. He heads the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory department. Although Mohamed has diversified experience in multiple legal disciplines, including corporate M&A, projects and finance, dispute resolution, and general corporate and commercial legal services, he is now focused on leading the firm's non-transactional corporate and commercial matters.
Mona Abdul Halim obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2017 and Master of Laws from Deakin University, Australia in 2020 with a distinction in research thesis. She completed the Bar Professional Training Course and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln's Inn in 2023. Mona is an accredited Associate Arbitrator with ADR ODR International. She has been working as a Legal Intern at Dr. Kamal Hossain and Associates since February 2023.
Nanda serves as a Paralegal at the Dubai-based head office of Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants. She is currently a member of the IP and Data Protection team, where her primary responsibilities involve conducting research and preparing advice on matters related to Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Protection. On occasion, she also contributes her expertise to employment and family law cases.
Sahar Abas is an associate in the corporate team of the Dubai office, focusing on debt and equity capital markets and finance transactions using both conventional and Islamic finance structures. Sahar also advises clients on the full spectrum of data protection, privacy, AI and cybersecurity matters and publishes regularly on cybersecurity related developments, specifically focusing on UK, EU and Middle East legislation and regulation. She completed her training contract in the firm's London office, during which time she undertook a six month secondment to the firm's Dubai office. Sahar is also a London office Pro Bono Scholar and is fluent in Dari.
