Ewa Bugajska

Ewa Bugajska is an attorney-at-law in the Commercial team at the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland. She specializes in data protection law. She also deals with new technology law (including e-commerce) and intellectual property law (focusing on trademark and copyright law). Ewa supports clients in assessing the lawfulness of the purposes, scopes and means of processing personal data, including the consequences of transferring such data outside the EEA, as well as in the management of trademark portfolios. She worked for leading companies in some of the most innovative sectors, such as the pharmaceutical and IT industries, as well as clients in the banking and finance, energy, construction and food sectors. She represented companies in numerous trademark infringement or registration refusal proceedings. She has extensive experience in data protection compliance and e-privacy projects, including pre-implementation audits, implementations of data protection solutions, transfer impact assessments (TIAs), documentation development and ongoing consultancy. She has carried out IT projects including the implementation and development of mobile application software. She has participated in a number of M&A and asset-deal transactions related to the acquisition and contribution of intellectual property rights to a company. She is the author of publications on data protection law, as well as workshops on copyright and trademark law. Ewa is a lecturer at Lazarski University, where she teaches intellectual property and personal data law as part of the English-language Big Data Management studies.

Mohamed Abdelgawad

Nanda Rajesh

She is currently a member of the IP and Data Protection team, where her primary responsibilities involve conducting research and preparing advice on matters related to Intellectual Property (IP) and Data Protection. Sahar Abas
