DAVID ELLIOTT AND ASSOCIATES

David Elliott is a 30 year plus community member of Orange County. He currently serves as President/CEO of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce serving the second largest city in Orange County (375,000 people). Before coming to the chamber in summer of 2010 he served as Associate Vice President for University Relations at Vanguard University where he served effectively in several roles for over 15 years. In addition, Dave is president of David Elliott and Associates, Inc., a business development consulting firm serving for profit and non profit businesses and organizations. In March 0f 2016 he launched the INSTITUTE for COMMUNITY IMPACT, a program of PASSKEYS FOUNDATION. He is known throughout Orange County as a "Relationship Builder and Connector of People".
