Heather Rutledge

Heather graduated from the University of Washington in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and started working in the Seattle branch of RBC Wealth Management in 1991. In 1999, Heather and Steve Dewalt began working together in the Bellevue branch, forming the original team. Heather and her husband Tim have two daughters, Julia and Lauren, and live in South East King County where Heather actively volunteers in organizations within the community, including Rainier Youth Choirs and Girl Scouts of Western Washington. Her oldest daughter, Julia, graduated from Western Washington University in 2018, and her youngest, Lauren, is in high school and also attends Green River Community College through the Running Start program. In her spare time, Heather enjoys photography, cooking, traveling and various outdoor activities including, hiking, bicycling and gardening.

Hilary Doherty

Hilary has been helping clients achieve their financial goals since 2010. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Hilary started her professional career as a health care consultant working for former presidential candidate H. Ross Perot, where she received a prestigious award for demonstrating exceptional commitment to company values, and excellence in aptitude, character and execution of business concepts. Her career in financial services started when she joined RBC Wealth Management in 2010. Hilary was named to Working Mother and SHOOK Research's Top Wealth Advisor Moms lists in 2018, 2019 and 2020; Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisor in 2018, 2021 and 2022; Forbes Best-In-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisor in 2019, Forbes Best-In-State Top Wealth Advisor list in 2021 and 2022, Forbes Top Women Wealth Advisors in 2020, 2021, and 2022, On Wall Street's Top 40 Regional Broker-Dealer Advisors Under 40 in 2020 and Financial Planning's Top 40 Regional Brokers Under 40 in 2022. She is now also a Member-at-Large on the Seafair Festival Board of Directors Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Hilary and her husband, Neil, have made Newcastle, Washington, their home. Hilary and Neil have two children, Elin and Neil IV. She enjoys being active within the community by volunteering through organizations such as Junior League of Seattle, Rotary and alumni organizations. Hilary enjoys several extracurricular activities, such as volleyball, running, hiking and spending time with her family, especially on her boat on beautiful Lake Washington.

Jennifer Foronda

Jennifer graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in Sociology and Women's Studies. She began her financial services career in 1998 with a local registered investment advisor in Bellevue, Washington. She later moved to Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley before joining RBC Wealth Management. Jennifer has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams and holds Washington state life and disability licenses. Jennifer lives in the Seattle area with her husband, Ruben, and children, Ava and Graysen. She enjoys volunteering for Community for Youth and spends much of her time at the soccer fields with the local soccer clubs. Jennifer enjoys running, kickboxing and traveling with her family and friends.

Linda Scott

Linda works collaboratively with RBC Wealth Management financial advisors to identify banking solutions that help clients achieve their financial and business goals. Linda's in-depth understanding of City National Bank's mortgage, commercial, private banking and consumer lending capabilities allows her to develop effective recommendations that can complement a client's financial plan.
