Andrea Fogle

Andrea Fogle joined the Delta Tau Delta staff in November of 2022. She recruits volunteers, trains advisors and creates resources and educational materials to ensure Delt volunteers are living lives of excellence and leading Delta Tau Delta undergraduates to become successful men. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast, where she joined Phi Sigma Sigma Fraternity and discovered her passion for student affairs and the fraternity world. She has been an international volunteer with Phi Sigma Sigma for more than fifteen years and advises collegiate chapters at Indiana University Southeast and the University of Findlay. She lives in New Albany, Indiana with her husband, Nathan and their Midland Painted Turtle, Lucy. Andrea is an avid traveler and enjoys attending concerts, watching movies and beating her husband at Tetris. Andrew Krawczyk

A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Andrew Krawczyk (University of South Carolina, 2022) graduated with a degree in anthropology, focusing on archaeology. Krawczyk was a founding father of the Theta Eta Chapter where he served as vice president and president. During his tenure in these roles, the chapter received a Hugh Shields Award and Court of Honor Award and developed the highest-earning JDRF philanthropic campaign of 2019-2020. He was also a member of Sigma Omega Upsilon International Business Fraternity and interned with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and the South Carolina Institute of Archeology and Anthropology. In his free time, Andrew enjoys drone photography, fishing, learning the banjo and critiquing BBQ restaurants. After consulting, he hopes to integrate his love of archaeology and museum studies into his law school or graduate school pursuits.

Anthony J. Albanese

Albanese was the CEO and Co-Founder of Quantum Behavioral Health Services, located in South Toms River, New Jersey. Quantum provides treatment to adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Anthony J. Albanese (The American University, 1996) was elected international vice president at the 2020 Virtual Karnea. He previously served as second vice president and international secretary and was first elected at the 2018 St. Louis Karnea. Albanese's volunteer service began in 2005 when he was appointed advisor to the Beta Lambda Chapter at Lehigh University, a position he held for six years. In 2008, he took on the additional responsibility of serving as an Eastern Division vice president for the Omega, Theta Chi, and Theta Tau Chapters. In 2011, Albanese first served on the Arch Chapter when he was elected as the 50th Eastern Division president. He was reelected in 2013. During his four years in office, the Eastern Division grew from 24 to 29 chapters and colonies and from 952 to 1566 men. Ever committed to representing the men of his division, Albanese drove over 34,000 miles visiting his chapters while serving as division president. In 2015, Albanese became the advisor for the Iota Pi Chapter at the University of Vermont, a chapter for which he became an honorary initiate in 2014. After completing this one-year commitment, he served as the advisor for the Kappa Gamma Chapter at Monmouth University. In 2017, he was appointed division vice president for the three chapters in New Jersey: Rho, Kappa Gamma and Kappa Epsilon. Albanese has served on two separate housing corporations, as a member of the Fraternity's Sesquicentennial Commission and numerous committees. He is chairman of the Delta Tau Delta Bethany Founders' House Committee and has attended 23 division conferences, 10 Karneas and three leadership academies. As an undergraduate, Albanese served as president and vice president of the Theta Epsilon Chapter. He also served as IFC president, IFC vice president and IFC Greek Week chairman. Albanese has been recognized for his volunteer service to Delta Tau Delta in numerous ways, including Theta Epsilon Alumnus of the Year, Eastern Division Chapter Advisor of the Year, Member of the Heritage Society, Member of the Bethany Society and a recipient of the William J. Fraering Award. In 2016, he was the 445th individual cited into the Fraternity's Distinguished Service Chapter. Albanese is the CEO and Co-Founder of Quantum Behavioral Health Services, located in South Toms River, New Jersey. Quantum provides treatment to adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Anthony is also the owner and president of Alman Group, LLC. A registered lobbyist in New Jersey, he interacts with officials at all levels of government in the State to further the interests of the firm's wide variety of clients. Ashley Wollam (Marietta College, 2008) was elected to serve as international director of member development at the St. Louis Karnea in 2018 and again at the Karnea in 2020. He chaired the Fraternity's Corporate Governance Committee since 2017 and served as chapter advisor to Gamma Xi Chapter at the University of Cincinnati. He was a colony advisor at Boston University and assistant advisor to Epsilon Upsilon Chapter at Marietta College. Wollam was recognized with the William J. Fraering Award in 2016 and with the Robert Ferguson Advisor of the Year Award in 2018. An expert in leadership and organization development, Ashley has served as an executive coach, consultant, educator, researcher, and practitioner over more than 10 years, working with thousands of leaders. He currently serves as the director of learning and leadership strategy for a Fortune 150 firm, where he is part of a team that leads large-scale enterprise learning initiatives to drive performance, innovation, and collaboration. Ashley studied leadership at the McDonough Center for Leadership and Business at Marietta College, where he also joined Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Through these two organizations he discovered a passion for working with others to make the world a better place--one person, team, or organization at a time. As an undergraduate member of Epsilon Upsilon chapter, Ashley served as recording secretary, Guide, and then as a champion of its member development efforts before the Fraternity introduced a national program. As an alumnus volunteer, Ashley's interest in member development led him to serve on the Fraternity's Educational Programs Committee and to facilitate at a variety of Fraternity Leadership Conferences and Karneas. Ashley also currently serves on advisory boards for Harvard Business School Publishing and the McDonough Center for Leadership & Business. Britt Paxton develops Delta Tau Delta's member experience through leadership and professional development initiatives. Her career in higher education began 12 years ago with service to flourishing communities at the University of West Florida, Florida State University, The University of Georgia, Millsaps College, The Ohio State University and Alpha Gamma Delta International Headquarters. Paxton holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication and public relations from The University of West Florida. She completed her graduate studies at the University of West Florida earning a Master of Education in higher education and an education specialist degree in curriculum and instruction. She is a Certified Performance Technologist through the International Society of Performance Improvement. She is a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity and the Dayton Alumnae Chapter. Paxton is passionate about community development and philanthropic initiatives that work to eradicate poverty. She spends her time with her family including her husband Alexander and son, Bear. Much of their time together is spent at the T-ball (baseball) field, public libraries, museums and local metro parks.

Chelsea Sheridan

Chelsea Sheridan joined the Delt enterprise in January 2023. She is an alumna of the University of Toledo where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication before earning her Master of Arts degree in higher education and student affairs at the University of Mississippi - Ole Miss, and is a proud member of Alpha Xi Delta. Before joining the Delt team, Chelsea served as the Assistant Director of Volunteer Engagement at Zeta Beta Tau, Assistant Director of Volunteer Engagement at the College of William & Mary, and Assistant Director of Student Organizations at the University of Mississippi. Taking a step outside of the sphere of education, Chelsea most recently had the opportunity to serve the online service-based entrepreneur community through her work in freelance digital marketing and social media. When she's not behind her desk Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Milo. She also loves reading, all things fashion, style, and interiors, rooting for her Toledo Rockets and Ole Miss Rebels, going to concerts, and daydreaming about her next trip. Cody Phillips

Originally from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Cody Phillips (Western Kentucky University, 2023) earned a degree in sport management. He was a founding member of Epsilon Xi Chapter where he served as intramural chair, social chair and director of communications with two terms as director of recruitment. He was also public relations chairman for Greek Week and was inducted into WKU's Greek Hall of Fame. He was a key member in the transition from colony to chapter and helped his chapter by creating bylaws, recruiting the chapter's biggest class in a semester and focusing the chapter's social media on marketing and recruitment. Phillips is passionate about soccer and hockey and in his free time, he likes to spend time with his family and dog. He also likes to cook new and fun dishes.

Colin Hirsch

Colin Hirsch (John Carroll University 2021), who grew up in Indianapolis, joined the Delta Tau Delta staff in January of 2023 after he graduated from John Carroll with his master's in business administration. He was a three-term recruitment chairman for Iota Iota Chapter, and during his undergraduate experience, the Fraternity recognized the chapter twice with the court of honor award. While completing his master's degree, he decided to dedicate his time to the fraternity through the role of assistant advisor for his chapter. In his free time, he enjoys hiking/biking, fishing, photography, and spending time with family. Hirsch has been around Delta Tau Delta since he was very young. His father joined Delta Tau Delta at Purdue University in 1976 and has remained active with the fraternity ever since. Hirsch hopes to carry on his family's Delt legacy.

Conner Richberg earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing from Marshall University in Huntington, W.V. During her time Marshall University Conner was initiated into the Psi Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma, where she served in various leadership positions, such as the vice president of enrichment for Panhellenic. She chaired her chapter's risk management team and served as chapter president. Richberg cherishes her collegiate experience which set her on her current professional path. She has served as a house director for Alpha Gamma Delta at both the Alpha (Syracuse University) and Epsilon (University of Kentucky) chapters. Richberg serves as coordinator of member experience and education (wellness). In this role, she is responsible for the creation and execution of education, programming, and experiences for members through the Life of Excellence framework with a specific focus on wellness and well-being topics (through the five dimensions: physical, intellectual, social, emotional, financial wellness, and risk prevention/coping) and strengthening community topics (belonging, diversity, equity, inclusion, and stewardship). She looks forward to working with everyone in the Delt organization. She strives to uphold Tri Sigma's open motto "Faithful unto Death" by continuing to give back to her organization. Currently, she serves as the property liaison and works on her collegiate chapter's housing board. She continues to find joy in advising the next generation of her sisters. In her free time, Richberg enjoys taking her dog Lyla (a four-year-old Australian shepherd) for hikes and to the dog park. Their favorite place to be is on her Indigenous reservation, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, swimming in the bay and connecting with her heritage. When she is not outdoors with her pup, you can find her reading on her Kindle, playing a new video game on her PlayStation or jamming out to Taylor Swift's entire discography with friends.

Holly Meadows

Holly Meadows earned her bachelor's degree in communication and mass media studies from Stetson University and her master's degree in student personnel in higher education from the University of Florida. Holly has worked as a campus-based professional since graduating with her master's, working in areas of new student orientation, student conduct, leadership, and fraternity and sorority life. Holly joined the Delt staff in January 2022 where she served as a chapter support coordinator. In this role, Holly supported a portfolio of chapters from the Eastern, Southern, and Western Pacific Divisions in different areas of fraternity operations. In June 2022, Holly was elevated to the role of Director of Chapter Services. She is responsible for the general needs of undergraduate chapters and colonies in terms of chapter operations. She is focused on enhancing the member experience through directing the chapter consultant program, overseeing the execution of expansion projects, and partnering with other Central Office staff to promote growth, communication, and leadership programming. A member of Zeta Tau Alpha, Holly volunteers her time serving both the alumnae and collegiate experience. She serves as the vice president of programming for her local alumnae chapter, and as the new member advisor for the Gamma Iota Chapter at the University of Florida. As Florida native, she loves all things salt air and sunshine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her French bulldog, Puddin, staying active, watching college football on Saturdays, and having Sunday brunch with friends.

Jack Kreman - CEO

Jack was appointed the ninth chief staff officer of Delta Tau Delta on September 1, 2018 when he was named the chief executive officer of Delta Tau Delta. Jack began his career with Delta Tau Delta as a chapter leadership consultant in 2004. Building upon his experience as a member of the field staff, Kreman has developed his leadership style around a focus on the undergraduate member and the need in today's society for positive influences on young men. Kreman has a broad commitment to the public good. He has served as the president of the alumni association at his alma mater, the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK). Under his leadership, the alumni association transformed its governance structure and completely turned over the board. He has also engaged outside of higher education as a proud member of the Noblesville Rotary Club, currently serving as its president-elect. He is a passionate believer in the ability of citizens to mobilize for the public good. A native of Kearney, Neb., Kreman earned a bachelor's degree in general studies from UNK. He served the Theta Kappa Chapter as vice president and philanthropy chairman. While at UNK Kreman was a member of the UNK golf team, Mortar Board society and a member of several collegiate choirs. Kreman graduated from Delta Tau Delta's 2001 Leadership Academy in Oklahoma City. In 2011, Kreman graduated from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) with a masters degree in public administration. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golf and reading.

Jacob Schmidt (University of California - Los Angeles, 2023) was born and raised in Southern California in his hometown of Temecula. He graduated in June of 2023 with a degree in history with plans to pursue law school. He served as a founding father for the Delta Iota Chapter and served as director of recruitment, interim president and brotherhood director. His commitment to Delta Tau Delta is inspired by the opportunity to give back. Having been recruited by leadership consultants, Schmidt looks forward to the opportunity to help others who believe in the Delt values. He is also certified to operate all watercraft by the state of California.

Jason Feiner

Jason Feiner (Bradley University, 1997) has been committed to Delta Tau Delta since joining Zeta Omega Chapter at Bradley University in 1993. As an undergraduate, Feiner served his chapter as secretary, alumni relations chair, new member educator, Zeta Omega's 10th-anniversary events chair, a member of the Ritual team and vice president of the Bradley University Interfraternity Council. Since graduating from Bradley with a bachelor's degree in theatre and art history, Feiner has been an enthusiastic Delt volunteer and served in several different capacities including as advisor for four different colonies and chapters (Theta Phi Chapter at Illinois State University, Iota Delta Chapter at Quincy University, Omega Chapter at the University of Pennsylvania and Delta Lambda Chapter at Oregon State University). He is currently the chapter advisor for Delta Lambda Chapter at Oregon State University and a member of the board of the Portland Delta Tau Delta Alumni Chapter. In addition to his commitment to both colonies and chapters, Feiner has served the Fraternity as a Northern Division vice president (division conferences chair and Beta Eta Chapter), an Eastern Division vice president (Lehigh Valley Chapters) and as a Phonarch. He has also attended and participated in many division conferences, Karnea, the Fisher Conference and the Volunteer Coaching Summit. Feiner has also had the privilege of serving as a facilitator at division conferences, Karnea, six Ignite sessions and The Charge. Feiner has also served on and chaired different committees for division conferences in three different divisions and Karnea. In 1996, Feiner was named a Kershner Scholar, in 2001 he was recognized for outstanding alumni service by the Northern Division and in 2019 he received the James Bowersox Award for Outstanding Alumni Advising from the Western Pacific Division. Feiner received the William J. Fraering Award in 2015 at the Portland Western Pacific Division Conference and was cited to the Distinguished Service Chapter in 2018 at the St. Louis Karnea. In 1999, Jason received a master's degree from Illinois State University in educational administration and foundations with a concentration in college student personnel administration. He has served in many roles throughout his career in higher education. In 2020, Feiner joined the Conferences and Event Support Services team at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon where he is responsible for numerous university-wide events, programs and conferences. Feiner's career has taken him around the country and he has always answered the Fraternity's call to serve. In addition to serving Delta Tau Delta, in 2015 he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Northwest Association of Student Affairs Professionals and most recently served as the association's Treasurer. As an undergraduate, Feiner served for two years on the Dean's Advisory Council for the Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts at Bradley University and while serving on the Dean's Advisory Council, he led Bradley's chapter of Alpha Psi Omega the national theatre honor society as president. Feiner has also been the recipient of various honor society memberships and honorary memberships including Omicron Delta Kappa, Order of Omega, Gamma Sigma Alpha, Rho Lambda and Alpha Phi Omega. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Feiner has lived in Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota and Pennsylvania. He has lived in the Portland, Oregon area since 2008.

Jean Lloyd

As director of brand communications, Lloyd serves as editor of The Rainbow and is responsible for all Delta Tau Delta communications and marketing. Prior to joining the Delta Tau Delta staff in 2015, Lloyd served as director of communications for the Indiana Apartment Association. Before that, she spent five years as director of communications for Delta Upsilon Fraternity and 10 years in the same role with Psi Upsilon Fraternity. She is a past president of the Fraternity Communications Association and formerly chaired DePauw's Greek Community Board. She has volunteered with Delta Zeta Sorority for many years having served in several roles including alumnae chapter president and national historian. She also volunteers as treasurer of her son's scout pack and as vice president of her neighborhood homeowner's association. A graduate of DePauw University, she has a B.A. in English writing. She and her husband have two sons and live in Carmel, Ind. with their dog.

Joseph Smith (University of Louisiana Lafayette, 2023), who is from Vinton, Louisiana, earned his bachelor's degree in strategic communications with a concentration in public relations. He was a founding father of the Epsilon Psi Chapter, serving as brotherhood chairman, alumni chairman and vice president. During his tenure, his chapter received its first-ever Court of Honor Award. Smith found a home away from home with his Delt chapter and feels he has an obligation to help provide a similar experience for future Delts. A Ball State University alumnus, Zuniga most recently served as the executive director of Phi Sigma Kappa where he led operations of the fraternity and educational foundation. Prior to that, he spent five years as the director of chapter services for Lambda Chi Alpha and oversaw all aspects of the undergraduate experience. At the start of his career, Zuniga found himself at Texas A&M University, where he spent seven years as the assistant director of student activities. In this role, he assists with providing supervision for the development support and finance staff, ensuring compliance with pertinent rules and regulations, managing Foundation owned property, and administering grants. Zuniga resides in Noblesville, Ind. with his wife, Tiffany, and their children, Ryan (8), Caroline (6), Luke (4) and Jack (2). While not chasing after his four children, he spends time playing golf, coaching youth sports and is the treasurer on the Ball State Alumni Association.

Nick Pidgeon (University of South Florida, 2019) began his career with Delt following graduation. He travelled for one year as a chapter consultant and served two years as the volunteer recruitment coordinator for the Central Office. In his shared role with the enterprise, Nick oversees technological strategy, database administration, and analytics. for both Fraternity and Foundation.

Nick Yarbrough

Nick Yarbrough (Baker University, 2017) returned to the Central Office staff as the Director of Growth in the fall of 2023. Previously, he was a chapter support coordinator and a leadership consultant for two years traveling mostly to the Eastern, Northern and Western Plains Divisions. He played baseball at Baker University for two years and earned NAIA scholar athlete honors. Yarbrough is a sports fanatic and roots on the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas Jayhawks.

As an undergraduate, Manick served his chapter as social chairman, secretary, vice president and president. As an alumnus, Manick has served the Fraternity as a chapter advisor for Theta Lambda Chapter from 2004 to 2015. In 2015 he was appointed division vice president responsible for Delta Pi, Delta Iota, Delta Psi, Iota Rho and Kappa Delta. Manick was a recipient of the W.J. Fraering Award at the 2010 Karnea in Washington D.C. Manick received his bachelor of arts degrees in political science and sociology from the University of California - Riverside in 2003. Born and raised in Southern California, Manick currently lives in Glendale, California and works in supply chain management for Nestlé USA.

Pamela joined the Delt Foundation staff in 2023. Prior to joining the Foundation, Pamela spent many years as an executive assistant in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas. In recent years, she has truly found her calling in non-profit and volunteer work. Her focus is to help make the world a better place and to strive to have a positive impact on society and the people around her. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loving son, Brysten, and her friends, volunteering in babies and teaching preschool at her church, cooking, boating, and listening to country music. Keeping with her roots she was born in Noblesville, IN, raised in Westfield and returned to Noblesville where she currently resides enjoying the country life.

In his free time, Baker enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors and watching nature documentaries.
