Susan Gutierrez, MD is recognized as one of the leading pain specialists in the Tri-Valley Area. Dr. Gutierrez completed her 4 year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Medical College in New York City before completing her pain management fellowship at Integrated Pain Management, Inc in Northern California. Double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management, and is also a prestigious Fellow of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. With CPR (Center for Pain and Rehabilitation) she provides expert technique and more than 20 years of experience in all facets of pain management, including epidural injections, facet blocks, nerve ablations, spinal cord stimulators, PRP injections, Calmare therapy for nerve pain and consultation for Ketamine infusions. If surgery might be needed for the pain, she will enlist the most highly qualified physician for your consultation. Dr. Gutierrez is a Member of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Fellow in the World Institute of Pain.
