​East End Health Network (EEHN) was formed in 2009 in response to the reorganisation of delivery of primary care within Tower Hamlets and the development of 8 Networks mirroring the LAP's in the borough... East End Health Network Co Ltd (EEHN Co Ltd) is made of 4 neighbouring GP practices in the LAP 2 area of Tower Hamlets, consisting of Albion Health Centre, Blithehale Medical Centre, Health E1 Homeless Medical Centre and The Spitalfields Practice. It serves an area which has a population over 36,000 and is in one of the most deprived and ethnically diverse parts of London. It is worth noting this particular part of Tower Hamlets has the highest prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes.
