Alan Young, CTO, leads Encompass' global technology selection, implementation and delivery. With over 30 years of experience across the telecoms, financial services and media & entertainment sectors, he has developed and introduced new technologies into the business environment many times throughout his career.
Alan re-joins Encompass from LTN where, as CTO, he led the development of technology enabling universal addressable TV across connected TVs, set top boxes and server-side ad insertion. Previously, Alan held senior engineering and technology roles at Encompass, SES, Citibank, Viacom and British Telecom.
Alan earned his master's degree in electronic systems engineering from the University of York in the UK. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET) and a proven innovator as the holder of five patents.

Bill Tillson is a 30 year veteran of the television industry.
Bill is the co-founder of Encompass and its Chief Executive Officer. Under Bill's leadership, Encompass has completed five acquisitions. Bill also serves on the Encompass board.
Prior to Encompass, Bill was the founder and CEO of Broadcast Cable Services, Inc. (BCS) which provided consulting services to Tier One media companies related to the origination and transmission of television networks and media distribution on a global basis. BCS clients included the ABC Television Network, Disney ABC Cable Networks, Twentieth Century Fox, Viacom and Sony Pictures Television. Prior to founding BCS, Bill was a senior executive at Compact Video overseeing all network origination and transmission, post production, telecine and sound services.
Bill was the recipient of WTA's 2012 and 2013 Teleport Executive of the Year Award. He is the only executive to receive this award twice.
In addition to the Encompass Board of Directors, Bill serves as the Board Chair of the Weiss School, a school in South Florida dedicated to gifted students. Bill is also a member of the Media Board of the Lincoln Center.

Brian Morris, Encompass' EVP and General Manager, North America, leads the region's business strategy while providing leadership support to the operational and sales teams.
Brian joins Encompass from Tata Communications as Vice President and General Manager of their Global Media & Entertainment Services (GMES) business. With over 30 years of experience in the global media, cable and telecom markets, Brian has also held senior roles at Globecomm Systems, Cisco Systems, Scientific-Atlanta and Siemens.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College.

Jim Ewaskiew, Encompass' CIO, is responsible for information technology spanning applications, data, cybersecurity and infrastructure globally. He brings over 20 years of diverse technology experience to the organization.
Jim joined Encompass in 2019, where he served as Vice President in the CTO office. Throughout his career, Jim has held senior roles within the media technology industry, including IBM, Akamai and Warner Media.

John Halpin oversees all legal matters for the company globally. His primary responsibilities include negotiation of business transactions; corporate governance; and advising on legal aspects of M&A and corporate finance activities.
John joined Encompass through the Ascent Media acquisition where he served as Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs. Prior to that, he practiced law at several major law firms with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and securities law.
John is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law and holds a BA from Middlebury College.

Juan Salleras, based in Buenos Aires, oversees the facility's operations including content management, channel playout, satellite & fiber transmission services and non-linear video distribution.
Juan joined Encompass through its acquisition of TIBA where he served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing since 2003. Before joining TIBA, Juan worked for Diveo Broadband Networks as Vice President and General Manager of its Internet Data Center Business Unit. Juan has also held various positions at IBM Corporation including Head of Hardware and Systems Software Sales for the South Cone Region.
Juan earned his engineering degree from Buenos Aires University of Argentina.

Ken Sexton oversees all areas of Encompass' financial planning, analysis and reporting. In addition, he serves as a key member of Encompass' executive team focusing on strategic business development. He brings over 25 years of CFO experience with both private and public technology companies.
Ken rejoined Encompass in 2022, previously serving as the company's CFO from 2014 to 2018. Throughout his career he held CFO roles with Avid Technology, webMethod, Infor and other major software companies. Ken began his profession in finance at Coopers & Lybrand.
Ken holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with concentration in accounting, from Ohio State University.

Marc has over two decades of experience in the broadcast media industry. The first decade was spent in various operational and project roles before moving into the commercial side of the business in 2010. Over the following eight years, Marc was central to the transformation of the Encompass EMEA business via the on-boarding of multiple new regional and international clients in both the linear and digital space.

Scott Rose, Encompass CPO, defines and delivers the global product strategy for the company. With over 25 years industry experience, Scott has managed the growth of international media facilities, delivered digital networks and launched hundreds of broadcast products and services, driving cloud adoption within the company.
Scott joined Encompass through the Babcock Media acquisition where he served as director of technology. Prior to Babcock, he was director of product management for playout at Grass Valley and held senior positions at Miranda Technologies, Arqiva and Kingston Communications.
As a qualified pragmatic marketing professional, Scott is an active supporter of industry groups and a regular speaker/participant at events, forums and roundtables.
