eSage is based in Auckland but supports customers nationwide in NZ via secure screen-sharing technology... Like many IT support and consultation providers, eSage is essentially a home-office based team staffed by a husband and wife team. Its principal Steven Korunic (a.k.a. ‘Steve K') has worked supporting Macs for clinics since year 2000 so has built plenty of trust and good reputation among the users in that time... eSage believes that simplicity is best and it would be great if the world could operate without the confusion that comes with IT services. eSage is a complete critic of IT but recognises that the benefits it brings can out-weigh the cost of implementing it.
