Dr Frédéric Ponsignon

  • Associate Professor of Operations Management
Dr Frédéric Ponsignon is Associate Professor of Operations Management since 2015, and did his PhD at the University of Exeter in the UK. His teaching and research interests include business process management and improvement, service design and delivery, customer experience management and service recovery management. He has published in leading international academic journals such as the International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Service Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Travel Research and Journal of Cleaner Production. He is the author of several practitioner-oriented white papers and two books addressing the implications of the digital transformation for the quality management discipline.

Dr Jonas Holmqvist

Job Titles:
  • Associate Professor of Service Marketing
Dr Jonas Holmqvist is Associate Professor of Service Marketing since 2011, after obtaining his PhD at Hanken School of Economics in Finland. His research focuses on the impact of services, with three main themes. The first theme is language use in services, especially for speakers of minority languages. The second them concerns luxury services, whereas the third theme is focused on sustainability in services. He has published in service journals such as Journal of Service Research, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Services Marketing, and Journal of Service Theory and Practice. He has also published on service themes in more general journals, including Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Retailing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, and European Journal of Marketing.

Mr Domenic Winfrey

Domenic Winfrey is a PhD student in the Marketing Department at KEDGE Business School. His PhD dissertation under the supervision of Dr Jonas Holmqvist and Dr Renaud Lunardo focuses on how luxury brands can increase their circular practices for a more sustainable future. Domenic has an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a masters of international marketing the University of Valencia.

Ms Larissa Petrikova Belgouzia

Larissa coordinates Supply Chain projects and Research Centre in Supply Chain (CESIT) at Kedge Business School. Having two masters' degrees in International Economy and Global Supply Chain Management, she has more than 15 years of professional experience in different fields: marketing, transportation and logistics and supply chain management. She is in charge of logistics coordination of the conference.
