Alyssa Madden joined Ultimus LeverPoint in December 2021, bringing with her 15 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Alyssa Madden worked at SS&C Technologies where she provided accounting and reporting services for Private Equity and Hedge funds, focused across bank debt, fixed income and a multitude of derivative products. Alyssa Madden received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University, with minors in Management Information Systems and Fraud examination. Outside the office, Alyssa Madden enjoys spending time boating on the lake with her family, gardening, and traveling.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is the Senior Vice President, Business Development for Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions. He joined Ultimus in April 2018, and is responsible for overseeing the promotion and sales for private fund services. Andrew works closely with the executive team to provide a client-focused approach and collaborates with other industry professionals to provide a diverse network of solutions for Ultimus clients. He works in the Chicago, Illinois office. Before joining Ultimus, Andrew worked as Senior Vice President at Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC, where he was responsible for the development of new business, marketing, client relations, and implementations. He also served as head of Investor Services, overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other clients. Andrew earned a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Iowa, and has been working in the financial services industry since 2007.

Angela Selzer

As a Vice President, Angela Selzer is responsible for providing reporting services to Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds and Real Estate clients and as well as working on the day-to-day operations for our clients. Angela joined Ultimus LeverPoint in April 2014, bringing with her 14 years of accounting experience. Angela began her career in auditing at Arthur Andersen LLP and subsequently Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving a variety of banking, finance and investment management clients. Prior to joining Utimus LeverPoint, Angela worked at Z Capital Partners LLC where she was Fund Controller to all of Z Capital's managed funds which included private equity, credit and leveraged hedge funds. Angela received her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Augustana College. She is also a certified public accountant, licensed in Illinois. Outside the office, Angela enjoys watching sports and is an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Aron Lenhoff

Aron Lenhoff is a Vice President, Business Development for Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions. He joined Ultimus LeverPoint in July 2021 and is responsible for new business and revenue growth for Private Fund Services. Aron brings with him to Ultimus LeverPoint over eight years of business development experience. Previously, Aron worked at IHS Markit where he provided a portfolio monitoring solution, iLevel, to general and limited partners. Aron received his bachelor's degree in psychology from SUNY New Paltz in the State of New York. Outside of work, Aron spends his time snowboarding, cooking, traveling, and eagerly awaiting the next Giants Super Bowl win.

Bill Strait - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Bill Strait serves as General Counsel of Ultimus Fund Solutions. Prior to joining Ultimus, Mr. Strait practiced law at Scudder Law Firm, P.C., LLO beginning in 1992. Bill started his career as Associate General Counsel for NorthStar Financial Services Group in October 2012, before assuming the mantle of General Counsel for both Gemini and NLD in May 2014. Mr. Strait received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cornell Law School.

Bill Tomko

As Executive Vice President and Head of Fund Servicing, Bill is responsible for the day to day servicing of our clients. In this role, he is responsible for managing the teams that provide high quality fund accounting, transfer agent and client relationship management services. Prior to joining Ultimus, Bill was Managing Director and Client Service Leader at another large fund service provider where he was responsible for the employees and clients. During his nearly thirty years in the Fund Administration industry, he also held positions including Division Leader, Executive Vice President of Operations, Head of Client Services and Head of Product and Business Development. Bill's experience includes leading teams in the United States and Europe to provide fund administration services to mutual funds, hedge funds, separate accounts and private equity funds. He began his career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche for six years. Bill is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He joined Ultimus in 2017 and has been in the industry since 1987.

Bridget Reilly

Chris Cullison - SVP

Christina Haas

As a Senior Vice President of Client Relationship Management with Ultimus LeverPoint, Christina Haas has more than 15 years experience in private markets. Prior to Ultimus LeverPoint, she was a Practice Growth Leader at FD Fund Administration, directing people and culture initiatives, aiding strategic vision, growth of the business, and talent development. Christina has 10 years of investor relations experience for real estate and private equity investment funds. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, she was Head of Business Development for a start-up finance firm, where she paired large institutional asset owners with real estate analytics and risk-based investment solutions. Earlier in her career, she was an Investor Relations Associate with Independence Capital Partners, serving a series of private equity and private real estate investment funds and their investors. She also supported lead fund-raisers of the group and coordinated the investor onboarding process. Christina began her career as a Portfolio Analyst with the investment management firm, Brinker Capital, where she developed portfolio recommendations and asset allocation strategies for high-net-worth individuals through mutual funds, separate accounts, and unified managed accounts. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Villanova University.

Christine Sarver

As Investor Services Senior Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint, Christine Sarver is responsible for overseeing all fund activities as they relate to investors, including investor reporting and communications, capital activity events, fundraising, onboarding and acting as the primary relationship between investors and service providers. Christine brings with her over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in Investor Relations in Private Equity, Real Estate, Alternative Investments and Fund of Funds. Previously, in early 2020, Christine joined FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter where she served as Senior Manager of Investor Relations before it was acquired by Ultimus in 2021. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, Christine was a director of Investor Services with Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners overseeing a global client base in more than 60 private equity and real estate fund of funds with over $16 billion dollars in assets. Christine received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Advertising from Drexel University.

Corinne Weidner - SVP

Prior to joining Ultimus, Corinne was a Partner with FD Fund Administration. She has over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, she held the position of Controller for a Seed Stage Venture Capital firm, overseeing accounting operations including financial reporting, cash management, compliance, and investor communications. Corinne began her career spending nearly 10 years with KPMG focusing primarily on coordinating and executing audits of registered mutual fund companies and non-registered funds including investment partnerships, fund of funds, collective trust funds, and hedge funds. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accountancy at Villanova University, where she also received her Masters of Accounting and Professional Consultancy. She is a CPA in Pennsylvania and a member of the AICPA.

Daniel Di Sorbo

Daniel joined Ultimus LeverPoint in September 2014, bringing with him 10+ years of banking and accounting experience. Prior to joining LeverPoint, Daniel worked at Golub/Price Chopper Employees Federal Credit Union where he headed the Loan Office and Member Services. Daniel received his Bachelor's degree in Business Technical Management with Accounting from DeVry University. Daniel is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and maintains membership with the Association for Financial Professionals. Dave Carson

Dave Carson is Senior Vice President Client Strategies for Ultimus Fund Solutions. He is trustee of the Ultimus Managers Trust and Unified Series Trust and was formerly president of both series trusts. His primary responsibilities are providing expert assistance to investment managers considering starting a registered fund, counseling current clients and leading a team of seasoned relationship managers, in addition to his board service. Dave specializes in providing a generalist perspective on mutual fund and investment adviser business risks and concerns. His career experience includes work in mutual fund and investment adviser compliance, bank and investment marketing, mutual fund operations, IT audits, and private banking. Before joining Ultimus in 2013, Dave served as the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer for Huntington Funds. He earned his bachelor's degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. Dave was Co-Founder and Director of Advancing Fund Governance, organized for those charged with fund governance to help members best serve shareholders and stakeholders. He is an active member of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and served as board chair of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Festival.

David James

As Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Ultimus Fund Solutions, David is responsible for the legal aspects for the company's operations, strategic initiatives and corporate activities. He oversees the Fund Administration and Compliance teams including the overall delivery of legal services to the company's clients, contractual matters, product development, and support to the company's executive management team. David has over 20 years of 1940 Act mutual fund legal experience. Prior to joining Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2018, David served as the head of the legal department at one of the industry's largest service providers, leading a group of over 50 attorneys and paralegals that provided legal regulatory services to over 60 mutual fund complexes. David spent 15 years at this large service provider and prior to that role, he worked in the legal departments for Fidelity Investments and PNC Global Investment Servicing (US), Inc. David has served on the NICSA Legal and Regulatory Committee and was a major contributor to an industry publication entitled "Building Investor Confidence: A Guide for Mutual Fund Boards of Directors." He has also served on industry panels for BoardIQ, Independent Directors Council of the ICI, NICSA, State Street and Boston Financial Data Services. David entered the financial services industry in 1997 after beginning his legal career as a trial attorney in Boston. David holds a law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law (1995). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Tennessee State University (1993). He is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars.

David has a long and varied career in financial management, including roles as Vice President of Finance & Operations at the Ayco Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and as Vice President of Finance & Controller and Vice President of Strategic Planning at KB Toys. In addition, David's work experience includes financial roles in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and Namic Corporation and several years working in foreign currency options with Noonan, Astley and Pearce. During his career, David has also co-founded Finning Builders, LLC, a real estate development company and Central Block, LLC, an investment company whose primary purpose is to acquire, hold and manage investments. A Certified Public Accountant since 1995, David holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College and Master's degree in Business Administration from Union College.

Derek Dvorak began his career at Citi Private Equity Services in New York City, where he worked within the institutional clients group. Donald Colombo

Having recently joined Ultimus in March, 2022, Don collaborates with investment advisers, industry consultants, and the Ultimus Operations team to construct best-in-class service solutions for funds, ETFs, retail alts and various other pooled structures, as well as institutional separate accounts. Immediately prior to joining Ultimus, Don spent several years with a U.K. headquartered FinTech and WealthTech firm leading the Americas business development effort. Before that, Don held various operational, product management, and senior sales management roles with two leading New York multi-line banks. In total, Don has over 25 years of experience selling and delivering fund services, investment middle office, custody and treasury management service and technology solutions to investment managers, financial institutions, corporate and public sector clients.

Doug Boyer

Previously, Doug worked as the Director of Investor Reporting at FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a subsidiary of Frazier & Deeter. Prior to FDFA, Doug was also the Director of Investor Reporting for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds, overseeing the quarterly investor reporting for seven funds with committed capital in excess of $2 billion. Doug received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Albright College.

Doug Rotondi

Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Doug's experience includes having at Ernst and Young in their real estate group and Boston Financial Investment Management (formerly MMA Financial), a low income housing tax credit syndicator, in their tax department. Doug earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University, and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. In his free time, Doug enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and being outdoors.

Elizabeth Rodier

Prior to the acquisition, Liz joined FDFA in 2016 as an Investor Relations Manager responsible for managing middle-market private equity clients. Erin Whyman

Evan Audette - COO, EVP

As Executive Vice President & COO, Evan oversees the day to day operations of the Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions group. He also works closely with the management team on strategic initiatives and provides technical accounting guidance to the fund accounting team. Evan co-founded Woodfield Fund Administration, LLC in 2005. He was instrumental in growing Woodfield from a start-up firm with three employees to a widely recognized private fund administration firm. Prior to co-founding Woodfield in 2005, Evan served as Chief Financial Officer of a registered investment adviser which managed four hedge fund of funds. Prior to that, he was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where he was responsible for the oversight of the annual audits of more than forty private fund clients. Evan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and California (Inactive). He has been in the financial services industry since 1994.

Feifei Huang

Florence DiGennaro

Florence joined Ultimus LeverPoint as Senior Manager in May 2022, bringing with her over 10 years of private equity, accounting, and fund administration services experience. Florence is responsible for managing and overseeing reporting services for key private equity clients, as well as working with Senior Management on the day-to-day operations and initiatives for our clients. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Florence worked as Vice President of Fund Administration at Assure, where she led the accounting team to provide quarterly and annual reporting for over 250 clients. She was responsible for the entire migration of accounting systems and implemented processes to improve productivity and deliverables. Florence earned her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Millsaps College. During her time there, she received the Dean's Scholarship and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship, as well as resided on the Dean's List for multiple semesters. Outside of work, Florence enjoys attending sporting events, volunteering at a large city animal shelter as well as local animal rescues, and spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs.

Frank Anduiza

As Executive Vice President, Head of Private Fund Sales, Frank is responsible for new logo revenue of the private fund administration business and overseeing the private fund business development team at Ultimus LeverPoint. He will develop the sales and market strategy for Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Administration and manage the execution of that strategy across the various private fund market segments. Prior to joining Ultimus, Frank headed up the U.S. Business Development at BNY Mellon where he established and led a sales team focused on selling fund administration services to alternative investment managers in the private equity, hedge fund and real estate segments. Previous to his position at BNY Mellon, Frank was a business development executive at Citigroup Prime Brokerage focused on private markets, helping to creating solutions for large and mid-sized asset managers. Earlier in his career Frank served as counterparty credit officer at both Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. Frank is a graduate of State University of New York at Albany. He joined Ultimus in 2021 and has been in the financial services industry since 1993.

Frank Rainville - VP

As the Director of Finance, Frank currently oversees Ultimus LeverPoint's internal corporate finance department, and works closely with the ULP and UPFS leadership teams. He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, planning and business operations. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint in 2018, Frank served for 10 years as CFO of Value Source International, a toy wholesale company. He previously held roles as Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Director of Finance during his 12 years at KB Toys, Inc. Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and officiating youth basketball, listening to Pearl Jam and following his favorite sports team, the Dallas Cowboys.

Gary Anderson - VP

Gary joined Ultimus LeverPoint as Vice President in January 2022, bringing with him over 21 years of accounting and administration services experience. Gary is responsible for managing key private equity client relationships and works closely with Senior Management on ongoing operational initiatives. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, Gary served 4 years at Mainstream Fund Services as Senior Vice President where he led their U.S. private equity operations. Gary was responsible for the buildout of operational service centers and processes with oversight of the U.S. reporting services to its clients prior to the firm's acquisition. Previous to his position at Mainstream Fund Services, Gary worked at SS&C Technologies for 12 years where he ultimately led a team in the private equity group administering over $20 billion in AUM across complex alternative investment structures, including private equity, fund of funds, venture capital, real assets, and hybrid structures. Prior to Gary's fund administration career, he worked for Chubb Insurance Company as an accounting analyst for 5 years covering catastrophe claims. Gary has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University in NJ. Gary Harris - EVP, VP of Sales

As Executive Vice President, Head of Sales, Gary is responsible for developing the sales and market strategy across the organization and managing the execution of that strategy across the various market segments for the entire suite of Ultimus solutions. Prior to joining Ultimus, Gary was Senior Vice President and National Sales director at two other large fund service providers where he was responsible for developing and managing their business development efforts. With over 30 years of experience in the asset servicing industry, Gary has consistently developed and managed sales teams focused on delivering outsourced front, middle and back office solutions across both traditional and alternative asset management firms. Gary is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He joined Ultimus in 2019 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.

Gary Tenkman - CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Gary is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company, then oversees the implementation and progress of those plans. In his role, Gary works closely with the executive management team to ensure the operational delivery of Ultimus' client centric services and solutions. Prior to joining Ultimus, Gary was head of North American Operations at another large fund service provider where he was responsible for service delivery for all clients in the region. During his 16 years there, he had increasing responsibilities in several different leadership positions including areas such as alternative investment fund services, European fund services, and U.S. fund services. He is an experienced leader in the fund services industry responsible for growing businesses, leading teams, operating model design and implementation, product development, relationship management and regulator interaction. Prior to that, Gary was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young responsible for the investment management practice in the Ohio Valley area. Gary is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive). He joined Ultimus in 2014 and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.

George Cornick - SVP

As Senior Vice President with Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, George Cornick, specializes in Private Real Estate and complex real estate structures. He has over thirty years of corporate accounting and finance experience including twenty years in real estate. Prior to joining Ultimus LeverPoint, he was a Partner with FD Fund Administration responsible for accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds investing through various structures in real estate joint ventures approximating $2 billion in value. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he was Controller for real estate funds investing commitments in excess of $1.7 billion from individual, corporate and institutional investors and prior to that was Assistant Controller of a trust responsible for the accounting functions of a commercial real estate portfolio approximating 1.5 million square feet. George is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Widener University.

Heather Schwab - CHRO, EVP

Prior to FD Fund Administration, Jacqueline was Chief Accounting Officer for a multi-billion dollar real estate fund, overseeing the accounting and reporting for a family of Real Estate Funds. Jacqueline also served as Vice President of Finance and Director of Tax with a privately held real estate brokerage firm and property management company. She also spent eight years in public accounting which included serving as a Tax Manager with Ernst & Young. Jacqueline has extensive experience leading the administration of real estate funds and has earned a track record of providing exceptional investor relations support to funds. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jason held numerous other roles of increasing responsibility in both fund accounting and information technology during his career at several large service providers in the financial services industry. Jason received a B.S. in Finance from Bryant University in Providence, Rhode Island and his MBA from Boston University. He has extensive experience in fund servicing, both in operations and technology. Jason joined Ultimus in August 2015 and has been in the financial services industry since 1999.

Joel received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Vincent College and has been in the industry since 1989. He is frequently a contributor on investment-related panels.

John Lumley

Keri has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry in both operations and relationship management. Prior to joining Ultimus in December 2021, Keri was a Vice President/Account Manager with Citibank N.A. in their Securities Services division where she had very similar responsibilities. While at Citi, she also supported clients utilizing custodian services such as Domestic and Global Custody, Global Tax Services, Securities Lending and Foreign Exchange. Kevin Wolf

Kevin Wolf joined Gemini (now Ultimus Fund Solutions) in 2001 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Fund Administration and Product. Prior, Kevin served as the Executive Vice President of Gemini, overseeing the fund and legal administration units. Kevin also serves as an officer to certain clients of Ultimus. Kevin started in the mutual fund industry in 1991. Prior to joining Ultimus, Kevin was an assistant vice president in the financial reporting department for Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management. There, he was responsible for the preparation of shareholder reports for over 200 mutual funds while supervising a staff of reporting specialists. Kevin's other prior experience includes work as a mutual fund accountant for both Dean Witter (currently Morgan Stanley) and Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase). Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.

Komal Dave - VP

Larie Lydick

Larie Lydick, Vice President, ETFs & Mutual Fund Services, is a key ETF subject matter expert and provides guidance on all issues related to the transitions and start- ups, the street, and daily ETF operations. She is currently providing relationship and onboarding services to several ETF clients and is highly regarded in the industry. Larie's team's overarching goal is to advocate for ETF sponsors and mutual fund advisers by creating a culture of service and accountability that optimizes marketing efforts throughout the product's business life cycle. Larie has been a key contributor in formulating the firm's strategic ETF goals and operations over the past four years. Over the past two and a half decades, she has worked in various executive-level capacities, including as Chief Operating Officer responsible for our technology development, transfer agent, and control teams. Larie has been with the firm since 1996 as a Senior Operations Manager for a former ETF strategist affiliate, CLS Investments. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a BS in Business Administration and Finance.

Lisa Householder

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, and works in the Columbus, Ohio office. Before joining Ultimus, Lisa was the Vice President of Relationship Management for Huntington Asset Services Inc. with similar responsibilities. Prior to that role, she worked for Citi Fund Services (formerly BISYS Fund Services) as Senior Vice President, Client Executive, and Vice President, Relationship Manager, respectively. Lisa is a results-driven professional with a talent for establishing consultative and strategic business partnerships with clients, vendors, and service providers to support key initiatives. She has a diversified background in client services, project management, operations, cash control, and business development. Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg University. She holds a Series 6 license (officially the Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Qualification Examination) from FINRA.

Lori Shupak

Matt joined Ultimus Fund Solutions in 2016 with the company's acquisition of Huntington Asset Services, where he served in various roles since 1998. Matt is also President of the Capitol Series Trust and the Valued Advisers Trust, two multi-series trusts sponsored by Ultimus. In addition he holds various officer positions with other mutual fund trusts. Throughout his career, he has worked in relationship management and served in numerous management roles within the Transfer Agent, including cash control and project management. Mick Grunewald

With his knowledge of the '40 Act space from shareholder work, to budgeting expense accruals, to participating in client board meetings, to launching new funds and navigating new regulatory and compliance requirements, he helps guide advisers through the complicated process of bringing new financial products to market. Mick is a graduate of Ohio University. He joined Ultimus in July 2014 and has been in the industry since 1993.

Natasha Derby

Patrick has over 13 years of experience with business development in the financial industry. Patrick comes to Ultimus LeverPoint from Mainstream Fund Services where he targeted alternative fund managers with a primary focus on Private Equity. Patrick earned a bachelor's degree from Penn State University in 2008, graduating with high honors. He majored in Finance with a minor in Economics. Paul Wahmann

Susan, who joined Ultimus in April 2000, has over 24 years of mutual fund service and sales experience. Susan came to Ultimus from Dreyfus Service Corporation, where she worked from 1991 to 2000. Ying Liu

Prior to Citi, she spent two years as a Private Equity System Consultant at Vitech System Group. There, her primary responsibility was to provide business guidance to system development and new client onboarding for Equitrak, a leading private equity software system. Ying's private equity career started at Columbia University Endowment Fund. She was the Director of Investment Operations, leading the accounting and operations of the endowment's Private Equity portfolio. Ying holds a Master's degree from Columbia Business School.
