Dara Wright

Dara Wright has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Ms. Wright currently serves as the Executive Vice President and President of Clinical Diagnostics Group at Bio-Rad Laboratories, a developer and manufacturer of clinical diagnostic instrumentation, testing reagents and quality control products and services to hospitals and specialty laboratories globally (NYSE: BIO), a position she has held since 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Wright served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Protein and Cell Analysis Business Unit of Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2016 to 2020. Ms. Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts from Willamette University and an MBA from San Diego State University.

David M. McGinnis - CFO

David M. McGinnis has served as our Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in December 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McGinnis was the Controller for the Automotive Segment of Illinois Tool Works (NYSE: ITW), an American Fortune 200 company that produces engineered components, equipment and other specialty products, from November 2015 to December 2020. There, he had full financial responsibility for more than 80 facilities across 16 countries and helped form and execute the Automotive Segment's global strategy. Prior to this role, Mr. McGinnis held a number of global finance leadership roles with increasing responsibility at General Electric (NYSE: GE) between January 2001 and November 2015. Mr. McGinnis received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky.

Deborah Weitzman

Deborah Weitzman has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Ms. Weitzman has served in various capacities at Cardinal Health, Inc., a multinational healthcare services company (NYSE: CAH), most recently as Chief Executive Officer, Pharmaceutical Segment, which distributes branded and generic pharmaceutical, specialty pharmaceutical and over-the-counter healthcare and consumer products . Prior to that, she served as President, Pharmaceutical Distribution from 2017 to 2022 where she was responsible for distribution to thousands of pharmacies across the care continuum; Senior Vice President/General Manager at Cardinal Health Puerto Rico from 2010 to 2017 where she led a business unit for pharmaceutical and medical products distribution; and as Vice President/General Manager at Cardinal Health Puerto Rico from 2005 to 2009. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Ms. Weitzman held positions of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson Medical Caribbean. She began her career in banking at J.P. Morgan, followed by various marketing roles in consumer brand management in the United States and Puerto Rico. Ms. Weitzman earned her Bachelor's degree in history from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric Young

Eric Young joined Filtration Group as a Group President in April 2023. He brings extensive experience driving organic growth and increasing profitability to his role leading our Indoor Air Quality businesses. Eric joined Filtration Group from AAR, a diversified Aerospace and Defense services provider, where he led OEM Solutions, a global OEM aftermarket parts distribution business and Nordisk Aviation Products, a global cargo container manufacturing business. Eric has previously held positions at Goldman Sachs and L.E.K. Consulting. Eric holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

George Nolen

George Nolen has served as a member of our Board since March 2022. Mr. Nolen served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 2010 to 2014 and as our Chief Executive Officer from January 2017 through December 2018. Mr. Nolen is also Vice Chair of Madison, where he has held several positions since October 2010. Prior to these roles, Mr. Nolen held various executive positions at Siemens Corporation, a multinational manufacturing conglomerate, between October 1982 and August 2009. Mr. Nolen was President and Chief Executive Officer at Siemens Corporation between 2004 and 2009 and he was responsible for the company's United States strategy in a variety of industries which resulted in significant growth during his tenure. Mr. Nolen received a B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Tech.

Hang Gek Low

Hang is responsible for setting and achieving growth strategies, guiding operations and ensuring customer satisfaction with solutions from Filtration Group across Asia. He also serves as the President of Filtran China. A strong track record of leading motivated teams to bringing innovative solutions to customers across Medical Diagnostics, Life Sciences and Industrial sectors comprises Hang's portfolio. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Pall China with Danaher Corporation. In this role, Hang led a team of 1,000 employees to deliver filtration solutions which enabled customers in upgrading their manufacturing processes. Prior to Pall, he built an unrivaled laboratory build-out solution for Thermo Fisher Scientific China and previously led digitalization of service offerings to grow GE Healthcare in Asia. Hang grew up in Malaysia and Singapore. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.

Hudson La Force III

Hudson La Force III has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Mr. La Force served as chief executive officer of W. R. Grace & Co., a leading global specialty chemicals manufacturer, from 2018 through 2021. Mr. La Force served as chief operating officer from 2016 to 2018 and as chief financial officer from 2008 to 2016. Prior to joining Grace, Mr. La Force served as chief operating officer and senior counselor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education. He also was a member of the President's Management Council. Mr. La Force served on the board of directors of W. R. Grace & Co. from 2017 to 2021 (NYSE: GRA). Mr. La Force earned a Bachelor's degree at Baylor University and an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jason Clayton - CHRO

Jason Clayton has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since joining us in June 2021. Mr. Clayton is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources including the Company's talent strategy to attract and develop talent at all levels and align incentives with business results. Before joining the Company, Mr. Clayton served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT), a global food processing machinery and airport equipment company, from September 2016 to June 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Clayton was Vice President of Human Resources at Signode Industrial Group, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of protective packaging systems, from October 2015 to September 2016, and held several roles at IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IEX), a manufacturer of fluidics systems and other engineered specialty products, between July 2010 and October 2015. Mr. Clayton also held several positions in human resources at PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) from February 2004 to July 2010. Mr. Clayton received a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Management from the University of Florida.

Larry W. Gies - Founder

Larry W. Gies is the Founder of Filtration Group Corporation and has served as our Board member since its founding in 2009 until the constitution of the Filtration Group Board in 2022. Mr. Gies is also the founder of Madison, a global industrial company, and has served as its, or its predecessors, Chief Executive Officer since 1994. Mr. Gies serves on the boards of Northwestern University, Amsted Industries and the Accelerate Institute. Mr. Gies received a Bachelors' of Science degree from the University of Illinois' Gies College of Business and a Masters in Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson has served as a Group President at the Company since January 2022, where he leads our Industrial businesses. Mr. Jackson joined the Company in July 2019 as President of Clear Edge. Prior to joining us, Mr. Jackson held several roles at Pall Corporation, a global supplier of filtration, separation and purification products, between February 2004 and March 2017. At Pall, Mr. Jackson served as President of Pall Industrial, President of Pall Energy and Vice President of Global Manufacturing. Before joining Pall, Mr. Jackson held several positions within Goodrich Aerospace, a global manufacturing company, between 1999 and 2004. Mr. Jackson received an Honors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Nottingham University, U.K.

Robert L. Carpio, III

Robert L. Carpio, III has served as Group President for our Life Sciences businesses since January 2022. He joined the Company in October 2017 as President of our Purafil business, leading the business to increased sales and profitability under his tenure through June 2019. He then took and replicated that success in leading our Porex business, where he has served as President since June 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Rob was Group Vice President for Precision Castparts Corporation, an industrial goods and metal fabrication company, from April 2016 to October 2017. He previously held positions of increasing, global responsibility in engineering and operations at Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA), an industrial producer of aluminum, from September 2013 to April 2016 where he joined after serving as an engagement manager and associate at the global management consultancy, McKinsey & Company, from July 2011 to September 2013. He began his career in the United States Army where he served on active duty from June 2004 to August 2009 and in the Massachusetts National Guard from August 2009 to August 2011. Rob received an M.B.A. with Distinction from Harvard Business School, an M.H.R. in Human Relations and Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Scott Wald

Scott Wald has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Mr. Wald is the founder, president and chief investment officer of Romar Services, L.L.C., a private family office and investment firm, which he founded in 1998. Mr. Wald is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved in the start-up of seven investment firms, all of which had successful exits. Mr. Wald co-founded SurePayroll, the nation's largest provider of payroll services to small businesses over the Internet until it sold to Paychex in 2011. He also founded, and served as the former president and chief executive officer of ASAP Software Express, a PC software reseller, until it was sold to Corporate Express in 1998. Mr. Wald earned an MBA, Marketing and a Bachelor of Science, Management from Arizona State University.

Sonya Roberts - President

Sonya Roberts has served as a member of our Board since June 2022. Ms. Roberts serves as president and group leader - Cargill Salt at Cargill Inc., a global agricultural and industrial products leader a role she has had since June 2019, where Ms. Roberts is responsible for leading the Salt business which produces and sells food, deicing, water softening, industrial and agriculture salt products in North America and Europe across multiple production facilities. In addition to her current role at Cargill, Ms. Roberts has served as President of Growth Ventures and Strategic Pricing for Cargill Protein from 2016 to 2019, Managing Director for North American Poultry from 2015 to 2016 and Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Salt from 2011 to 2015. Prior to joining Cargill, Ms. Roberts worked in the energy business for 19 years for ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) in a variety of leadership, financial, strategy and business development roles. Ms. Roberts currently serves on the Board of Cargill's joint venture company Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC and as the Cargill appointee for Minnesota Bold. She also previously served on the Board for SPX FLOW, Inc. (NYSE: FLOW) from January 2021 to March 2022, when the company was sold. Ms. Roberts earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.

Timothy J. McCarty - CEO, Chairman, President

Timothy J. McCarty has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2019 and has served as the Chairman of our Board since March 2022. In his role as our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McCarty leads us in our Mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive. Mr. McCarty joined the Company in September 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, a role he held until July 2017. Thereafter, he served as the President of the Company's Indoor Air Quality division from February 2017 to January 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCarty spent 23 years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a multinational professional services network. Mr. McCarty received a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
