Al Celaya has been a part of Federal Signal's team since 2015 starting off as a service technician and working his way up to become a sales manager for the Southern California region. Al graduated from DeVry University Long Beach, California with an Associates Degree in Electronics & Computer Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Al is a fan of baseball and has coached Little League for five years. In his free time, he enjoys working on classic cars and doing DIY projects around the house.

Alfonso Gonzalez became a Federal Signal Sales Manager in 2021. He graduated from Oklahoma Panhandle State University with a bachelor's degree in business Admin and Management. During his free time, he likes to play baseball, golf, fish, and spend quality time with family.

In 2014, Blake Wilbor joined Federal Signal as the Senior Sales Representative for Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. When he is not enjoying time with his family and everything motorsports-related, Blake is the Assistant Community Coach for East Coweta Cross-County and Assistant Scout Master for Boy Scouts of America.
Brad brings over 20 years of experience in law enforcement to his role as a member of the Federal Signal sales team. After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Brad joined the Gilbert, AZ police force, where he served for over two decades before retiring from full-time duty. Today, he continues to serve his community as a reserve police officer.
During his off time, he enjoys lifting weights, competitive shooting, and spending time with friends, family, and his six dogs.

Brian Emmel has been a Regional Sales Manager at Federal Signal since 2015. Brian graduated from Lewis University with his Bachelor's in Business Administration and Minor in Marketing. When Brian is not working you can catch him at Wrigley Field watching the Cubs or bowling with family and friends. Fun fact about Brian is that he loves Ice Mountain water.

Buddy Shakespeare partnered with Federal Signal in 2008. Buddy is our Northwestern Regional Sales Manager. As a retired Captain for the New Jersey State Police Department, he is a valued resource to our customers. Buddy earned his Business Administration degree from Stockton State College and Master of Education from Seton Hall University. When he is not serving his customers, Buddy enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Doug Carter became a Federal Signal Sales Manager in 2021. With over 25 years of Public Safety Sales experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He enjoys volunteering with his church and food bank as well as coaching and tutoring in his community. In his free time, he loves to play golf, garden, and spend time with family.
Jaymie Nelson became part of the Federal Signal sales team in 2017. Jaymie served as a Police Officer for over 14 years. Now he is a reserve. Jaymie is an asset to his customers with over 30 years of experience with the Metro Nashville Radio shop. He also enjoys hunting and boating.

Jody Joy joined Federal Signal Sales Team in 2004 as the Fire OEM Regional Manger. Jody graduated from Illinois State University with her Bachelor's in Public Relations. When she is not at work her free time is spent with her horses and her cocker spaniel, Maggie.
John Siener started selling Federal Signal products back in 2009 and joined our team in 2017 as a Sales Manager. When John is not working, you can catch him playing golf or fishing with his boys.
Jonathan Rainwater became a part of the Federal Signal sales team in 2021. He graduated from North Arkansas Community College and in his free time enjoys fishing, working his horse, and playing a round of golf whenever possible.
Kevin Bruszewski has proudly served Federal Signal customers since 2000. Since joining Federal Signal, he moved up the ranks and leads our Police and Fire markets as the National Director of Sales. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Kevin brings a unique perspective to the Federal Signal sales team as someone who has spent eight years as an emergency vehicle outfitter and several more as an EMT. With his experience, Kevin understands the needs of emergency responders and knows what equipment they need to be successful. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys coaching youth soccer and spending quality time with his family. You can usually find him outdoors camping, hunting, or enjoying some fresh BBQ. With a strong work ethic and dedication to helping others, Kevin is a valuable member of the Federal Signal team.
Marc Courville joined the Federal Signal Sales team in 2017 and serves as our District Sales Manager for Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Marc is a valued resource to his customers with over twenty years as a police officer. In Marc's free time, he is the founder and president of the Dallas Defenders Football Club supporting children charities and fallen officers. Marc is also the photographer and webmaster for the Prosper High School Soccer Teams. When he is not enjoying outdoor activities, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Matthew Phillips joined the Federal Signal sales team in 2023. He has a background in law enforcement and a degree in criminal justice from Eastern Gateway Community College. When he's not at work, he enjoys helping on his family farm, playing with his two dogs, and grilling a killer steak.

Mike Ortiz has been a New England District Manager at Federal Signal since 2017. When he is not working, he enjoys a couple of rounds of golf and spending family time with his two children, Cameron and Mackenzie, his wife and high school sweetheart, Jen, and his two lab mixes.
Paul Horoho recently became part of Federal Signal's team, bringing in background experience to best serve his customers through his former work as a Police Lieutenant. Paul is a big hockey fan and has even coached youth hockey. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his pug named Rudy.

In 2002, Randy Henderson teamed with Federal Signal and is serving as our Central Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Federal Signal Sales Team, Randy has over ten years of experience in the law enforcement industry. In addition to his work experience, Randy graduated from Middle Tennessee State University. Randy enjoys fishing and hunting, but his most rewarding time is spent with his grandchildren.

Rodney Jones joined the Federal Signal Sales Team in 2000. Rodney is the Southeast Regional Sales Manager. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Ferrum College. In his spare time, Rodney plays golf and spends time with his family on their 20-acre mini-farm.
