Aidan McGrogan

Aidan joined the Board as a casual member in June 2022 and became a full member of the Board at our AGM ion 7 September 2022.

Alastair Burke

Job Titles:
  • Member of the Housing Services Team
  • Assistant Housing Services Officer
Alastair has joined the Association as our Housing Services Assistant. He started working in social housing in 2011 as a modern apprentice. Alastair recenty completed his Chartered Institute in Housing, Housing Practice Level 3.

Angela Chivers

Job Titles:
  • Vice Chair since 30 August 2023, Tenant Board Member since 29 November 2022
Angela joined the board as a co-opted member in November 2022. At our Special Board Meeting on 30 August 2023 Anglea was nominated to Vice Chair. Angela is a tenant of the Association and is very active as a volunteer in the local community working with different groups.

Catrina Miller - CEO

Catrina joined FPHA as the Group Chief Executive in August 2018 and is responsible for the overall management of the Association including setting the Association's strategy, working closely with the Board and senior management team to ensure the Association delivers its objectives and meets its regulatory requirements. Catrina also has overall responsibility for the Association's subsidiary, the New Tannahill Centre. Having worked in the housing sector of almost 25 years and whilst working her way up through the ranks, Catrina gained her post graduate diploma in Housing Studies from Glasgow University in 2004

Christine Hay

Job Titles:

  • Tenancy Sustainment Assistant
Christine joined the Property Services Team on a temporary basis in March 2018 and became a full time member of staff in August 2018. After a staff restructure she moved to Housing Services to the new role of Tenancy Sustainment Assistant. Christine has vast experience working in the Housing Sector.

Gordon Smart

Gordon joined the property services team in January 2022. He has worked in the Housing sector for over 30 years and brings with him a wide range of technical knowledge, skills and experience in property services and maintenance.

Greg Richardson

Job Titles:

Greg is our Housing Services Manager. After a number of jobs in retail and a period of voluntary work for Housing Associations in Glasgow, Greg began working full time in the housing sector in 2004 and has worked at various RSL's in that time. Greg has achieved a Chartered Institute in Housing Level 4 Diploma and a Post Graduate Degree in Housing Studies from Stirling University.

Heather Duffus

Heather joined the finance & corporate services team in March 2023. Heather is the first point of contact for our customers visiting or calling the office. Heather has experience in customer services and dealing with the public.

Helen Glassford

Helen spent most of her working life in Ferguslie Park and was keen to join the Board to nurture her interest in the community. Helen is also an Executive Committee Member of our subsiduary the New Tannahill Centre.

Ian Williams

Ian was born in Ferguslie Park and been a community activist for 25 years. He has lived through the community's good times and bad and is excited about the new things happening in Ferguslie. In his current role as Chair of the Association, Ian takes an active part in driving the Association forward to improve the living conditions for everyone in the Ferguslie Park area.

Ivor McCauley

Job Titles:

Ivor joined the Association in July 2018 and was appointed as the Associaitons permanent Head of Operations in October 2019. Ivor has a wealth of experience having previously worked within the housing and public sector. Ivor oversees both the housing and property services departments.

James Strang

Jim was co-opted onto our Board in September 2020 and brings with him a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge from the housing sector. Jim has served on our Board before so has previous knowledge of the Association and the community.

Katy Girling

Job Titles:

Katy has worked with the Association since January 2014 as Housing Services Officer with over 15 years' Housing Services experience and has a Postgrad Diploma in Housing Studies.

Kirsten Ferguson

Kirsty Greig

Job Titles:
  • Finance Assistant
Kirsty works part time in the finance department and has been with the Association since 2009. Kirsty brings to the Association administration and financial experience which she gained in the private sector.

Laura Gorman

Job Titles:
  • Property Services Assistant
Laura has been with us since 2014 and is part of the Property Services Team. Laura obtained her Chartered Institute in Housing, Housing Practice Level 2 Qualification. She is also the Associations Fire Marshal and one of our designated First Aiders.

Laurie Kefalas

Laurie was co-opted onto our Board in September and brings with her a housing background experience which will futher enchance the skill set on our Management Boad.

Louise McNicol

Louise joined the board in January 201 8 as a Co-Optee, she then became a Board Member following the AGM in September 2018. Louise has a keen interest in housing having worked in the sector since 2004 and gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies from Stirling University in 2009. Originally working in a rural housing environment in Dumfries & Galloway, Louise is currently employed as the Technical Manager at Glen Oaks Housing Association. Louise serves as chair on our Group Audit & Risk Sub-Committee.

Sandra Campbell

Sandra is one of our longest serving employees in the Association having started as a part time clerical assistant in October 2002. Having obtained a HNC in Accountancy, Sandra became the Finance Officer in 2011 and oversees the day to day running of the Finance Department.

Suzanne Davidson

Job Titles:
  • Asset Assistant
Suzanne joined the Association in September 2003 on a temporary basis and became a full time member of staff in May 2004. She has carried out various roles in her time here and has recently moved from Property Services to the Asset Management team taking on a new role.

Teresa Gallagher

Job Titles:
  • Governance & Corporate Services Officer
Teresa joined the Association in April 2016 and works closely with the Board of Management in all areas of Governance as well as overseeing aspects of HR within the organisation. Teresa has the SQA qualification in "Governance of the Scottish Housing Associations" as well as a HND in Administration and Informaiton Technology. Collectivley she has served for over 22 years as a voluntary board member at other housing associations in Glasgow.
