Through a belief in the Passive House code, GP Developments are one of very few building companies that can carry the Passive House Designer's logo. We do this as we are committed to producing buildings to the highest possible standards... Working between the UK and Ireland, GP Developments has already built up an extensive portfolio of projects, ranging from civil works to "Design and build" and turn-key projects, with an emphasis on luxury developments in desirable locations..... Founded in 2004 by a father and son team, GP Developments can boast a collective knowledge of 50 years in the civil engineering and building industries. The company was established as a sister company to a well known construction firm based in Mid-Ulster with building projects throughout Ireland.
