Sydney is the newest addition to the GPS LEGAL team, having obtained her paralegal licence by the Law Society of Ontario in 2017. Sydney grew up in Oakville, completed her undergrad at Brock University where she obtained an Honours BA, and 4 years ago decided to move from downtown Toronto to raise her family in Barrie Ontario! Sydney spent the majority of her successful working career in Toronto with the Children's Hospital, where she facilitated the receipt of estate gifts, working closely with generous donors, lawyers and estate trustees. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitality industry putting her friendly customer service skills to good use. Wanting something more, she decided to turn her love of the law into a career, and graduated from George Brown College. Sydney did her internship with Wayne at GPS LEGAL and instantly realized this is what she is meant to do. The connection was mutual! While raising her two children, she uses her passion, excellent communication, organization and strategy skills helping people and ensuring clients are always satisfied, carrying on the GPS LEGAL name. WAYNE GENDEL is a paralegal located in Barrie Ontario servicing Barrie, Bracebridge, Caledon, Bradford, Collingwood, Orillia, Orangeville, Midland / Penatang, Wasaga Beach, Toronto and the GTA. Wayne has a decorated career in the health field for over 25 years with expert knowledge in living/raw foods, water systems, supplements and lecturing. His distribution company and 9 employees, serviced Canada and the United States with leading edge products to health stores, health practitioners and the public. Mr. Gendel has lectured to thousands of people, appeared on various television shows and showcased at countless health trade shows. Becoming a Paralegal was chance encounter as he felt it was a natural extension of his current skills. Great health takes awareness and dedicated research.
