Charles is the anchorman of the team, he chairs our meetings, organises events and makes sure that people are where they should be. In an emergency, Charles ensures that the right people are called out to the rescue and is our link with the emergency services and the site management on the ground.

- Director of Ritchie 's Training Centre
Donald is a Director of Ritchie's Training Centre. He is the team's technical adviser and assistant training officer, and is also our crane expert on the team.
Jim is a fire fighter with Strathclyde Fire Brigade and is an Advanced Life Support Provider. Jim is treasurer for the team and is the team's training officer.
John Kinsman joined HART in April 2009 as a volunteer fund raiser and also Press Officer for the team . John was born in Devon but moved to Scotland over 30 years ago and now lives in the fishing village of St Monans in Fife with his partner Anne. His hobbies are walking, photography,and helping others.
John as over 20 years expereince in news reporting and works for the Arran Voice Newspaper as their Scotland Fishing/Marine Correspondent. John can be contacted on johnkinsmanmarine@yahoo.co.uk or 01333-730832
John Taylor is an aerial rigger/surveyor for a communications company and is the team's communications expert. He is also responsible for all the team's equipment.
