Edward Tan has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and operational finance in multinational and public listed companies. He has extensive experience in business and corporate restructuring as well as managing all areas of finance. He joined Holista Colltech as Chief Financial Officer in December 2019. At Holista Colltech, he is responsible for improving profitability and operational efficiency for the Group.
He will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to improve the overall performance of the Group. He holds a B.Bus (Accounting) from RMIT University and is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and Certified Practicing Accountant (Australia).
Daim joined Holista Colltech sales team in 2005 during its formulative years and has contributed significantly to its success. Having worked in the electronic industry prior to joining Holista Colltech, he has the experience in managing and training people in a demanding work environment.
Daim is an experience sales person of 15 years in the Health Supplements business. At Holista Colltech he is responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that includes implementation of national sales programs. Throughout the years he has successfully lead the sales team in achieving their planned targets.
Daim holds a Diploma in Information Technology and actively participate in health sports.
Lai Kwok Kin (KK Lai) was appointed on 20 January 2020 as Senior Advisor for International Business. Based in Singapore, he is the Founder and Group Managing Director of the WeR1 Group, which has offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. Founded in 1999, WeR1 provides consultancy services in corporate strategy, investor relations, technology PR as well as crisis and litigation PR communications. Through his consulting work in the region and his experience in international journalism and investment banking, he has built up a wealth of experience, domain expertise and high-level network across a range of industries.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore, he completed a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from The City University of London while on a scholarship from Reuters, the international news agency. He began his career as a journalist with Reuters, and served as a correspondent in Singapore, New Delhi and Kuala Lumpur, where he was Chief Correspondent in charge of Malaysia and Brunei. He joined the U.S. investment bank Merrill Lynch as head of equity research for Malaysia between 1993 and 1996 and spent two more years in investment banking sector before founding WeR1 in 1999.
Grootes has lived in different European countries and from 2010 till 2013 in Singapore. He is married, father of three adult children and fluent in six languages. In his leisure time, he is interested in international economics, intercultural relations, skiing, golf, and cooking pancakes in all international varieties.

Mrs Loren King has worked in corporate finance and senior administration roles with ASX listed companies, stockbroking and corporate advisory services for the past 15 years. During this time, she gained invaluable experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, specialising in initial public offerings (IPO), backdoor listings, private capital raising and business development.
Mrs King has a Bachelor of Psychology, is a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia holding a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and has a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).
Mr Stephenson has been involved in business development for over 30 years including the past 25 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in IT, food, neutraceuticals, resources, manufacturing, wine, hotels, and property. He has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.
Currently he is a non-executive Director of Dragon Mountain Gold Limited, and Stonehorse Energy Limited as well as Company Secretary for a number of ASX Listed resource and industrial companies and a Director of a number of private companies
