Anand brings more than 40 years of experience and expertise to the group. His role covers identifying projects, conducting the initial feasibility studies with consultants, procurement of prime lands, and planning and development by interacting with consultants and contractors to ensure completion as planned.

Mahesh is the owner of Wassumulls Establishment, founded in 1950 and today one of the most respected and reputed trading houses in Dubai. He also actively manages a diverse portfolio of equities, bonds, hedge funds, venture capital and international real estate.
Ramesh has spent much of his 40-year career heading Deepak's Group of Companies, overseeing one of the largest textile conglomerates in the UAE. Since moving on, Ramesh has consolidated his business efforts, bringing his focus to the UAE property market.
Sunil's entrepreneurial drive has played an important part in Indigo's success. Instrumental in setting up and running Septech Emirates - a leader in waste water management - the company was purchased by a private equity fund in 2005, at which time he turned his focus to the property market .
