RUSSIAN HUMANITARIAN RESEARCH FOUNDATION

The center was founded in 1993 as a part of CALMAP-PROJECT (Computer Aided Learning: Course Material Preparation) funded by the European UnionDuring the period of 1995-1998 the center participated in forming of International Network of Productive Schools (INEPS) (European project). In the 1998 Center founded The Computer Tools in Education Journal which become the main journal for research and development of e-learning in schools. The editorial board of the journal consist of most qualified persons in the field of information technologies such as Seymour Papert and Yuri Matiyasevich.
