We work with all the children individually in our care on a daily basis, and we build relations, so that over time we get to know each child, their interests, likes, dislikes etc, which then allows us to further feed on your child's interests, strengths and weaknesses... We value each child and the ideas, and contributions that they bring to the group, we give all the children in the group the freedom to make their own decisions, and as we have a play based curriculum the majority of our equipment is put at the child's level throughout the day giving them the freedom to choose what they want to play with... We are very aware that each child has needs that we strive to fulfil daily, we understand that children need love, affection, patience, kindness, encouragement, direction and security, they need to feel that their thoughts and opinions are as valuable as the next persons, they need to feel that they are equal regardless of the culture, colour, creed, look etc and your child's key..
