David Nolan

Job Titles:
  • Director
Dave has been with Kays since leaving college back in 1982 working his way through all departments and becoming sales manager in 1990. Then in 2017 as the saying goes "he liked it that much he bought the company" when the original owner decide to retire. Dave deals with the property sales and commercial lettings providing an honest, friendly, approachable service to all his clients.

Jackie Toal

Job Titles:
  • Sales Administrator
Jackie originally worked for another company who rented office space in the same building and when this company closed an opportunity became available at Kays with Jackie taking up a position of sales administrator in 2015. Day to day duties include dealing with telephone and email enquiries on the commercial sales and lettings together with the general admin and office tasks. Outside of work Jackie likes to keep fit and attends the gym 4 mornings a week then spoils it by drinking copious amounts of prosecco and gin on the nights she's not at the gym. When not working out or drinking Jackie loves spending time with her Grandson and Holidaying to exotic places.

Jonathan Derbyshire

Job Titles:
  • Director
Jonathan has been with Kays since 2017 when he and Dave Nolan bought the business. Prior to joining Kays Jonathan served for 20+ years as a senior officer in the Royal Air Force Regiment. Outside work Jonathan is a keen cyclist and skier and generally enjoys the outdoors.

Michael Marshall

Job Titles:
  • Maintenance Manager
Mick joined the team in 2018 as a self-employed property maintenance manager having had over 40 years' experience in the building/maintenance trade. Mick has undertaken some major refurbs and gets great satisfaction from turning around some of the worst accommodation to a property or flat that is fit to live in.

Nyree Atkinson

Job Titles:
  • Sales Manager
Nyree joined Kays in 2005 as a part time admin assistance and has progressed through the company to become the sales manager dealing with the day to day management of the office and handling all aspects of the sales process from instruction to completion. Nyree is also head of the staff night out organising committee. Out of work she loves cooking, going on holiday and socialising with family and friends.

Stephanie Turner

Job Titles:
  • Part Time Administrator
Steph has worked at Kays since February 2018, she works part time dealing with telephone and email enquiries together with all areas of the general admin tasks for the office. When not working Steph spends the rest of her time looking after her 2 beautiful children, watching football and socialising with family and friends.
