LASERFICHE - Key Persons
Anna Kyritsis is responsible for aligning financial policies and procedures with Laserfiche's growth across all areas of business. She develops financial strategies to promote and support the company's future expansions.
Jenny Bode drives initiatives that improve performance and engagement and position Laserfiche for growth. She holds SPHR and PHR certifications from the HR Certification Institute and a B.S. in Marketing/Business Management from De La Salle University.
John Merrill leads marketing strategy to accelerate global adoption of Laserfiche's intelligent digital solutions through advertising, customer retention, events and market research. He is a graduate of the Pepperdine University MBA program.
Karl Chan leads business and product strategy, setting the vision for how Laserfiche can empower people everywhere to work smarter. He studied computer science at California State University, Long Beach and engineering at Harvey Mudd College.
Michael Allen leads the development, implementation, management and evaluation of Laserfiche's technology resources, previously serving as Laserfiche's chief software architect. He earned a B.S. in computer science from Harvey Mudd College.
Peter Wayman is responsible for setting the corporate strategy for fixed assets management, professional services and consulting, and IT service management. He has an M.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University.

Thomas Phelps leads Laserfiche Business Innovation and Technology, including IT Services, Product and Customer Support, and Risk and Compliance. He graduated from Texas McCombs School of Business with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.
As general counsel, Wylie Strout advises on global regulatory compliance and transformational sales deals. She has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and an M.S. in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University.
