We supply all catering and kitchen supplies and packaging to guest house, hotels, restaurants and catering companies... le Marchand was established in 2002 by Hermanus local, Michael Adant, with the chief aim of providing the region's restaurants, guesthouses, caterers, hotels, etc... with fine foods, quality ingredients and kitchen accompaniments... We pride ourselves in sourcing the products that you require to make your establishment unique. We specialize in 'base dry goods' and 'dairy' but keep an extensive range of 'deli goods', with the majority of these 'deli goods' being French, Italian or Greek.
