We were established in 1974 and have been working hard across south and mid Wales ever since to deliver our vision. This is to provide affordable homes and support sustainable communities with excellent services to tenants... We try to fulfil our vision in a variety of ways, from building and managing affordable homes to providing support and services for tenants and the communities we serve. Whatever we do we remain true to our values of transparency, sustainability, equality and excellence... We operate as a group of organisations to ensure that each element of our work is well managed and governed with clear relationships.
