Mari Luna, Esq.: Ms. Luna received a B.A. in Communication Science and Psychology, Maxima cum Laude, from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. In 1985, Mari was awarded a Juris Doctorate, cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law (formerly University of Puget Sound). Mari is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, a Certified Professional Mediator, a Title 26 GAL, a Spokane County CASA, Foreclosure Fairness Act Mediator, and a SCBA/ADR Family Law Mediator. To date, Mari has successfully completed over 1,000 mediations in family law, contract, employment, landlord-tenant, foreclosure, and workplace negotiation. Mari Luna is a professional mediator with over 25 years of mediation experience and a settlement rate in excess of 92% in over 1300 cases.
