Aaron is an Associate at Fragomen's Florida office, where he advises a diverse client base, including investors and entrepreneurs, colleges and universities and multinational companies, on U.S. immigration law.
Aaron has deep experience advising on the distinctive immigration requirements of colleges and universities. He works on behalf of professors and researchers to secure EB-1 Outstanding Professor/Researcher Visas and, when appropriate, National Interest Waivers. He also assists large state universities seeking to become designated as J-1 sponsor schools, and he works with colleges and universities that have established J-1 programs to ensure that they remain compliant. Aaron also advises international students on their visa options upon graduation.
Additionally, Aaron represents and assists a growing number of small businesses, start-ups, investors and entrepreneurs who are working to expand their business footprint in the United States. In this capacity, he prepares and submits E-2 and EB-5 visa applications on behalf of clients.
Aaron initially joined Fragomen as a Summer Associate and returned to the firm following his graduation from law school. During law school, he founded the Immigration Law Society at the University of Miami and sat on the Editorial Board for the International and Comparative Law Review. Aaron also served as an immigration law clerk for a global multi-practice law firm in Atlanta, Georgia and was a summer intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
Aaron's pro bono work includes representing individuals from Nepal filing for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and conducting a webinar titled "TPS: An In-Depth Look at Applying for Temporary Protected Status." He has also assisted an undocumented minor from El Salvador who was in deportation proceedings in obtaining U.S. permanent residence as a Special Immigrant Juvenile and volunteered at a Miami TPS clinic by reviewing applications and conducting legal research on issues related to a number of TPS applications for Haitian individuals. Aaron assisted three Haitian children who are in the United States without parents and with no immigration status in applying for TPS, and assisted with their adoption by a U.S. citizen uncle to allow them to eventually become U.S. permanent residents. He provided visa assistance to the Holocaust Learning and Education Fund, enabling Holocaust educational services to be provided by a German expert to public schools in South Florida. Aaron volunteered at several Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) clinics in South Florida, and represented two local children in obtaining DACA relief and employment authorization.

Attorney Andreea Radulescu received her Law Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While there, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Hope Pro Bono Challenge Award. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor's Degree magna cum laude from Florida International University studying Political Science and Art History. During her time at FIU, she was awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in Political Science and was recruited as a member of the nation's most prestigious academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. She is Romanian/American and is trilingual in English, Romanian, and Spanish.
Ms. Radulescu particularly enjoys working on employment-based visas with an orientation towards the arts and sciences cases. Her casework includes highly-technical EB-2 National Interest Waiver visas for foreign engineers as well as EB-1 Extraordinary Ability visas for creative professionals, including artists, musicians, and athletes. Camilo Andres Espinosa was born in Bogota, Colombia and came to Miami when he was 18 years old. Camilo received a tennis scholarship and earned his undergraduate degree in 2008 with concentrations in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Nebraska. Camilo graduated from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in 2012. Camilo currently manages the immigration E-2/E-1 and EB-5 visa department at LOIGICA. Prior to co-founding LOIGICA, his areas of experience involved contractual law and commercial litigation. Christina Díaz González is Of Counsel to SMGQ. Ms. González began her legal career in 1994 in the Miami office of Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff and Sitterson, P.A., where she was a member of the Litigation Department. She then formed her own firm, González & Rembold, P.A., developing a niche practice in the areas of immigration and social security disability law before joining González & Associates, P.A. and SMGQ.

Ms. Annelise Sander is a licensed attorney in both the U.S. and Brazil. She has experience in U.S Immigration Law, International Arbitration, Corporate Law, and Brazilian Taxation. At Arce Immigration Law, Ms. Sander is an Immigration Attorney, focusing mainly in employment-based immigration cases. She uses her knowledge of Brazilian corporate law to help with visas for international executives and managers.
Ms. Sander graduated Cum Laude from University of Miami School of Law, where she completed her Juris Doctor and, later, her LLM in International Arbitration. During Law School in the US, she was a member of the International Moot Court Board.
At the end of her studies at UM, Ms. Sander was nominated to the Order of the Barristers - a National Honorary Organization in the US. Every year the University of Miami nominates 10 students to the Order, as a recognition and award of students' oral advocacy skills and brief writing skills.
In Brazil, Ms. Sander also completed a LLM and a LLB. She has a LLM in Business Law with concentration in Tax Law from Parana's Institute of Education, and a LLB from UNICESUMAR. She was in the "Deans List" (Best Students award) all five years of her bachelors. She received the highest grade (A+) for her thesis in Antitrust Law, which was later published as an article at the UEL - State University of Londrina Law Review. Her thesis for the LLM, focusing in Tax-Engineering fees was also later published as an article at UEL - State University of Londrina Law Review. So far, Ms. Sander had published 19 papers and articles on Law Reviews and Law Journals.
