in the OEM world, he has dedicated himself to exceeding his customers' expectations. Throughout his career, Chris has supported the Civil, Quarry and Mining industries, which allowed him to gain experience in many fields. His expertise lies in product knowledge, strategic planning, customer support and time critical solutions.

Michael has lived and worked in Singleton and the Hunter valley all his life, Fitter and Turner by trade, as well as completing his Mechanical Engineering Certificate. He has a total of 40 years experience in the mining industry, including 20 years working for mining companies as a CHPP fitter, supervisor, Dozer Operator, and also a 2 year stint driving dump trucks. Of the last 20 years, he has spent 6 years working for himself and the other 14 years working for major companies in dismantling mining equipment, including Sales and BDM Roles. The Coal Mining Industry has been all he has known, and has provided Mick and his family with so many opportunities through the roles he has undertaken, as well as the many contacts made along the way. He now looks forward to another fantastic opportunity to work for Minespec Parts (with Simon Ross and the Team), looking after the NSW branch and providing a professional service based on years of experience in the Industry.

Shane is proudly Queensland born and bred, and has worked in the industry for over 25 years. He started his industry career in T/A work in the Kalgoorlie/Goldfields area, where he spent 4 years from 1994-1998. Shane then moved on to work in the Northern Territory. He also spent 4/5 years with Emeco Kempsey and Mackay in Sales from 2004-2009. Following this, Shane spent 2 years with Expressway Spares Mackay in a Sales role from 2009-2011. He then went on to spend 11 years with Salmon Earthmoving Stapylton & Nebo in Parts Procurement from 2011-2022. During this time he accrued experience in the Stapylton Rebuild Centre and Workshop, then Mackay overseeing all Bowen Basin area machines, Mt Isa/Cloncurry machines and Nebo Workshops. He was also responsible for Procurement/freight for close to 120 working machines and workshop repairs - giving him a wealth of knowledge and expertise to bring to the Minespec Parts team. He's now glad to be back in sales at Minespec Parts.

Shaun has worked in the mining industry for over 20 years. He spent four and a half years with Gough & Gilmore working in their warehouse, mostly on 12-hour shifts involving all aspects of warehousing and after hours sales. Following this, he began his roll as Warehouse Manager and Storeman with Best Tractor Parts in the Hunter Valley, NSW, in which he worked and gained experience for over 16 years.
