EMANUELA ZANANTONI

Emanuela, a Senior Interior Designer, studied in Florence where she earned a degree in Architectural Restoration. After several years working across Italy, she moved onto an international career, working in Croatia, Barbados, Turkey and China. Her completed projects may be found all around the world, including Istanbul, Bodrum, Antalya, Dubrovnik, Cyprus, Bucharest, Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Tianjin, Beijing and Shanghai. Specialized in five star hotels and luxury residential properties, her experience also extends to corporate, institutional, retail and furniture design. Emanuela is our M+ Architecture Partner operating in Europe (Bologna, Amsterdam, Istanbul).

GINO REPETTO

  • Senior Architect
Gino is a Senior Architect, who graduated with honors from Universidad Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru. He worked for leading architectural firms in Lima before moving to Italy to pursue his Master's degree in Architectural Restoration. Following diverse working experiences in Genova and Verona, Gino moved to the UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) and then Barbados where, as a project architect, developed high end hospitality and residential projects. Back in Dubai in 2007, he focused on large scale master planning and sustainability initiatives on projects across the Middle East, Asia and Russia. This line of work took him to Malaysia, Singapore, California and UK, where he currently resides. His international experience ranges from luxury hotels and residential properties, to, most recently, industrial, commercial and corporate projects all around the world. Gino is our M+ Architecture Partner operating in London (UK).

Marco De Bortoli

Job Titles:
  • Architect
With a degree in Architecture (Masters​ in Industrial & Interior Design) at the Politecnico of Milano, Marco is a registered Architect in Italy and Barbados. After working in Milan, Rome and Assisi for some of the most prestigious international firms in Italy, he started the international part of his career in New York and then moved to Barbados. In Barbados, managing the architectural firm of a construction company providing design & build services, he designed and built, among other smaller projects, 17 luxury villas all located on the Barbados' Platinum Coast. He then moved to Grenada, Bali and Australia widening his expertise in high end residential properties and luxury hotels and resorts. Back in Barbados, he founded M+ Architecture in 2012.
