BLACKWATTLE ALPACA FARM

Our farm, called Blackwattle, is an easy 25 minute drive from Canberra, and is run by us, Angela and Matthew Smith. We are located in Murrumbateman, NSW and our farm is named after the black wattle trees growing across our property... As a working alpaca farm, running a herd of 70 alpacas, mainly breeding females, we focus our breeding program on the advancement of fleece for fibre processing, whilst meeting the industry standard for conformation...
