Adam Spears is the president of Marshal Renee, delivering creative designs, high quality materials and superior installation for outdoor needs including patios, driveways, sidewalks, fences, turf, and retaining walls. As president of Marshal Renee, Adam drives the business by recruiting the right people and providing a vision for the future of the company.
Having spent 17 years in the industry, Adam started Marshal Renee in 2004 to fill a need in the market. He set out to deliver beautiful results in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality or customer service. Now, 15 years after the company's inception, Marshal Renee continues to operate under those same core goals.
Adam started mowing lawns at 12 years old, waited tables throughout college and helped run his mother-in-law's company, all before starting Marshal Renee. From a young age, Adam has worked as a service provider and has learned what it is like to hustle, work hard and treat others with respect. Adam's time helping his mother-in-law run her business was extremely formational for him, as she is the one who inspired him to be in small business and taught him a lot early on. He uses these experiences every day to shape his leadership style for Marshal Renee. Adam is a big proponent of the golden rule, and he treats everyone the way he wants to be treated, from team members to clients, vendors, and everyone in between.
Adam graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's in business management. Fueled by passion, he believes that if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. As a business leader, Adam loves the work he does every day, the people he works with, and feels fortunate to have a team that is family.

Alex Vazquez serves as the vice president of business development for Marshal Renee and the vice president of the TurfPro division. In these positions, Alex works closely with all departments to help implement new processes and strategies, in an effort to be more efficient and provide customers with a great experience. In addition to strategy, Alex also helps to research and develop new market and business opportunities for company growth.
While a student at Texas A&M, Alex worked for the Athletic Facilities Construction & Maintenance department. After graduating in 2012, he worked for a flooring company as a project manager before eventually moving into residential home building. Prior to working at Marshal Renee, Alex was a senior construction manager for a national homebuilder where he started building houses in Houston and later moved to Dallas to help start up a construction division in a new market.
A 2012 graduate of Texas A&M University, Alex majored in business management and minored in Spanish. Though he's had a very full career thus far, Alex believes Marshal Renee is the most special place at which he has gotten to work. Being family owned, the company has an incredible team and culture. Alex believes the company creates value that is not only beneficial to the company, but provides a great experience for customers as well.
Ana Reyes is an office manager for Marshal Renee, where she helps the office stay organized and is responsible for accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll and work-in-progress reports to keep everyone up-to-date on the status of projects.
Originally from Guatemala, Ana joined the company in May of 2012. Ana graduated from Sam Houston High School in 2005 and received her associate degree in accounting from Tarrant County Community College in 2017. Ana believes that Marshal Renee is a special place because everyone at the company loves what they do, they take pride in a job well done, and will go above and beyond to help ensure the clients are happy.
In her spare time, Ana loves to spend time with her family, making great memories and enjoying everyone's company. Ana's family, especially her children, are everything to her and she feels very fortunate to come from a close-knit household.
Ashley Spears is the CEO of Marshal Renee, a position she entered into after joining Adam in the family business in 2009. Prior to joining the team, Ashley worked in commercial real estate in both property and asset management. She spent over 10 years managing Class A properties in the DFW metroplex, including serving as manager over Burnett Plaza, a 1.6 million square foot property.
During that experience, Ashley was responsible for daily operations, accounting management, tenant relations and construction management services. While Ashley enjoyed the hustle and bustle of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, it also helped her realize that it was time to use her experience to build her own business venture.
Ashley studied marketing at Texas Tech University. Her combined experience and education helped her feel equipped to enter into the family business. Now, Ashley and Adam strive to have a family-like company culture, and they believe a successful business takes a happy team. Creating a fun work environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued is Ashley's top priority. She is proud of the way her team strives to provide quality workmanship in all aspects of the work and the product. Brenda Orona is an administrative coordinator for commercial projects at Marshal Renee. In this position, Brenda's core responsibilities are project information entry, invoice approval, billing, and completing and notarizing waivers. Additionally, Brenda enrolls OCIP, CCIP and ROCIP if the project requires, requests and sends insurance certificates to customers, and completes and submits the company's pre-qualification to general contractors.
Prior to joining Marshal Renee, Brenda was a customer service lead for Ashley Furniture in the corporate office and also served as a customer account representative at Rent-A-Center. Her combined years of experience in customer service help her excel at customer relations in her current position with Marshal Renee.
Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Brenda enjoys being close to home. Her favorite part of working for Marshal Renee is the company culture and the way it enables her to have great work-life balance. Outside of work, Brenda loves spending time with her family, especially her seven-year-old daughter. She is excited by exploring new foods and places and hopes to one day take a trip to Italy and Greece.
Chris Callahan serves as the President of SealPro. In this position, he is responsible for handling day to day sales and operations, along with overseeing SealPro staff training & education. Chris joined the Marshal Renee team in Spring 2021, bringing with him 17 years in the paver hardscape industry.
A graduate of Texas A&M, Chris started his career as a paver manufacturing representative for Pavestone Co. Where he worked for 6 years before moving over to Techniseal as their Sales Representative for the Central US territory. He has 11 years with Techniseal, with 3 of these years serving as the Western US Sales Manager.
An avid adventure seeker, Chris' hobbies include motocross, camping, fishing, exercise and travel. Chris values teamwork and communication in his day-to-day business. He believes that paver repair, cleaning and sealing is an industry all its own and should be treated as such. "You really must understand what you are doing, knowing how to properly clean and seal many different pavements is a trade."

Christina Hoover works as the De sign and Sales Con sultant for Marshal Renee. In this position, Christina is responsible for contacting leads with estimates on renovations, assisting with design details, and recommending materials and products that best fit their family's needs. When the job ha s been approved by the customer, Christina steps in to help project manage. She overse es the installation process and keep s clients informed throughout the ir renovation.
With 5 years in the building industry, Christina join ed the Marshal Renee team in the Fall of 2020. Her prior work experiences include interior design, helping to remodel kitchens and bathrooms, and working for a granite wholesale supplier. Christina loves the design process and being able to bring clients visions into reality.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys working out, and playing pool and yard games with neighbors. She is driven by depend ability and honesty and loves that these values are represented throughout the Marshal Renee team. Christina believes, the overall quality of service Marshal Renee provide s their clients is unique when compared to others in the industry. "We work hand in hand with our customers, making sure no t even the small est detail fall s through the cracks."

Gaspar Ramirez is senior estimator and project manager for Marshal Renee, keeping the teams busy by bringing in new projects for the company and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Marshal Renee in February of 2015, Gaspar worked in the construction industry in Mexico for four years. While in Mexico, his work involved several large-scale projects such as dams, roadways, piers, foundations, and bridges. Gaspar joined the paver industry when he came to the United States in 2013 and served as a supervisor for a construction company in Arlington. His combined nine years of experience in construction and civil engineering make Gaspar a strong leader for the organization.
Gaspar is from Zacatecas, Mexico and holds a civil engineering degree from the Durango Institute of Technology in Durango, Mexico. He believes Marshal Renee is a unique place to work because the teams work in harmony with one another to show their care and concern for quality for all customers. Gaspar's favorite part of his job is getting to work with people he truly considers to be friends. Outside of work, Gaspar enjoys working out, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family.

James Carpenter serves as the senior superintendent for Marshal Renee. In this position, James' main responsibility is to ensure that all of the commercial jobs are in good stance, from the office all the way to the field. James provides superintendents with the materials they need to get the job done efficiently.
Entering into the paving industry six years ago, James kicked off his career at Marshal Renee. When he first began working for the company, James served as general labor as a part of one of the installing crews. In this position, James observed the experts around him and learned to become a crew leader. It wasn't long before James mastered that position as well, so when the opportunity arose for a field superintendent, James put his best foot forward and successfully made the transition.
James is ICPI and MCNA certified, and thoroughly enjoys using these certifications in various parts of his job each and every day. Going above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied, James truly believes that the company has the clients' best interest at heart.

Jeff Polly serves as the Project Manager and Estimator for Marshal Renee's PavePro division. In this position he is responsible for estimating large-scale commercial paver projects and negotiating contracts. Ensuring client satisfaction with product results, Jeff manages project budgets, material procurement and labor production/durations.
With a business degree from UTA, Jeff joined the Marshal Renee team in January 2022 bringing with him 10 years of industry knowledge and experience. In his previous position, Jeff worked as a Project Manager, Estimator and eventually V.P. of Business Development for AIM Paving. He values the commitment that the Marshal Renee team has in providing and maintaining excellent services and relationships with its clients.
Jeff is driven by the example of kindness and work ethic he can show for his son. When not at work, you can find him hanging out with family, cheering on the Green Bay Packers or if time allows, sneaking away for a round of golf.

Jeffrey Newcomb serves as the Vice President of Marshal Renee's FencePro division. In this position he is responsible for managing project estimates, procurement of material, fabrication, installation, and billing.
A graduate of Anglo State University, Jeff joined the Marshal Renee team in the Spring of 2022. He brings with him 35 years in Construction Management, including 30 years owning and managing Rafter JN Management Company and 5 years with American Fence. Jeff is driven by a hard work ethic and dedication to always doing the right thing.
When away from work, Jeff can be found on his ranch tending to his livestock. He has an interest in travelling and a love of music and enjoys anytime that can be spent attending concerts from around the country.
Jennifer Flud is the Contract Administrator for Marshal Renee. In this position, she completes and submits the company's prequalifications, executes close documents, facilitates submitals, reviews contracts with estimators, and coordinates project information with our field personnel.

Jennifer Lockhart has been a member of the Marshal Renee team since December of 2018. In her current role as accounts receivable, Jennifer is responsible for collecting funds, reviewing waivers and reconciling credit card statements. She also takes on other duties such as entering accounts payable bills, filing bonds, sending out liens each month, and other administration tasks.
Having been in the industry for 15 years, Jennifer has a wide range of experience that makes her extremely effective at her job. Prior to joining Marshal Renee, Jennifer was the office manager at Concrete Paver Systems where she worked very closely with the management team to keep the business running optimally, from accounting to human resources and website management.
Jennifer attended Tyler Junior College and Tarrant County Community College, and she has enjoyed establishing a career for herself in the paver industry. One of Jennifer's favorite parts of her career was the merger between Concrete Paver Systems and PavePro because she believes the combined leadership is an unstoppable force. Jennifer is thankful to work with amazing and generous people who share their talents with one another every day.
Josh Thomas is the vice president for Marshal Renee and joined the company over 11 years ago. In this position, Josh primarily oversees the company's commercial division. Moreover, on a day-to-day basis, Josh also leads contract negotiations, crew production, scheduling and training.
Josh's background in commercial construction, as well as underground utilities has helped him grow the commercial section of the business. Prior to joining Marshal Renee, Josh worked in the underground utilities industry for several years in in a variety of roles, and he also served as a project manager for a partnership that developed commercial properties. Josh has had the opportunity to watch the Marshal Renee team evolve over the years, and thoroughly enjoys how the company has continued to operate as a large family. Working as a team, Josh believes there is no problem that is too big to tackle, and that the team's dedication to completing projects on time and on budget is what sets them apart in the market.
Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas, Josh is grateful that he gets to work so close to home. Outside of work, Josh prioritizes spending time with his wife and two children. Together, they enjoy traveling and attending sporting events and concerts.

Juan Luna is the vice president of WallPro for Marshal Renee, analyzing data in order to estimate the time, money, materials and labor required to manufacture the best possible outcome for the client.
Originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, Juan received a civil engineering degree from the University of Zacatecas. After graduating from college, he had the opportunity to move to the United States where he started working in the paver and retaining wall industry. With 20 total years of industry experience, Juan has been with Marshal Renee since 2013.
The opportunity to learn and professionally grow every day alongside friendly coworkers is Juan's favorite part of working for Marshal Renee. The company's goal to meet the quality expectations of customers in the required time inspires Juan in his work. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Kasey Terrel is the vice president of PavePro Residential for Marshal Renee, helping the teams maximize productivity by ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget and helping keep a constant flow of new projects.
Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Kasey has been in the construction and sales field for 16 years. Prior to joining Marshal Renee in 2014, Kasey worked as a sales manager and a project manager at a retaining wall company and a fence company. Both of these positions helped Kasey gain exposure to a wide variety of projects that sharpened the skills he uses every day at Marshal Renee.
Kasey loves being a part of the Marshal Renee team for many reasons, but primarily because his job gives him the opportunity to do what he loves and interact with incredible people on a day-to-day basis. Operating as a family driven business, Kasey feels empowered to go to work at Marshal Renee every day and collaborate with people he believes in. Kasey enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching his son's baseball team, golfing, cheering on Dallas sports teams, and attending local concerts.

Lisa Jeter is the residential administrative coordinator for Marshal Renee, overseeing project setups, invoicing & billing, purchase orders and vender invoice approvals. In addition, Lisa coordinates all job info with the field an d communicates with venders on material orders. Lisa has been in the industry for 16 years and joined Marshal Renee in August of 2019.
Before joining the Marshal Renee team, Lisa had an extensive background of experiences in customer service, administration and schedule maintenance. From 2003-2008, Lisa worked as a front counter salesperson and customer services representative for Pavestone. In this position, she was responsible for coordinating with all Walmart locations in the Central Texas area, Louisiana and Oklahoma, as well as Home Depot and other retail accounts. Additionally, Lisa's prior experience includes time at AIM Paving as an estimating and contract assistant, and finally, Keystone as the CDC inside sales and admin assistant.
After a series of successful career positions in the paving and construction industry, Lisa feels lucky to have ended up at Marshal Renee. She believes Marshal Renee does a unique job of building relationships with their customers, as well as their suppliers to not only maintain a level of professionalism, but also to provide a safe and family-oriented environment for all.
Marshal Renee is a professional construction company that is experienced in fences, pavers, retaining walls and synthetic turf for commercial and residential environments. All of the work we do reflects quality American craftsmanship, engineering and professional installation.
Meagan Vogt is the Marketing Director for Marshal Renee. In this role, she is responsible for developing, and executing the company's marketing and branding strategies. This includes social media and content planning, designing mailers/banners, writing blogs, website management, and building email campaigns.
Meagan graduated from the University of North Texas in 2012 with a BFA. She joined the Marshal Renee team in February 2021, bringing with her 9 years of marketing experience. With a specialty in design, management, and communications, Meagan has worked in a variety of marketing roles and industries. Making her knowledgeable in all areas of the marketing process.
When not at work, you can find Meagan outdoors, riding ATVS and spending time with her friends & family. She loves any movie from the creative minds of Spielberg or Lucas and can out trivia anyone on the show FRIENDS. She holds patience, understanding, honesty and integrity as standards in her everyday life and loves how these values shine brightly throughout the Marshal Renee business model.

Mike Brown serves as the asset and operations manager for Marshal Renee. In this position, Mike ensures that all of the company's equipment and resources are functioning properly. From the shovels, to the large 18-wheeler trucks, Mike keeps everything running optimally so the teams are able to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.
Having joined the company in July of 2015, Mike has been with Marshal Renee for nearly five years and has been in the services industry for over 25 years. Before joining Marshal Renee, Mike spent some time in the freight industry and also worked for 20 years at A Truck Express as an independent contractor.
With experience meeting client needs and handling a large variety of equipment, Mike's background in the services industry makes him an excellent asset manager. Mike believes that Marshal Renee is unique when compared to others in the industry because of the way the entire team strives to install quality work and stands behind their products.
Mike Winsor serves as estimator for natural stone retaining walls and commercial pavers at Marshal Renee. In this position, Mike puts together cost and material estimates, and provides detailed proposals to clients. In addition, he also oversees the Project Coordination for our stone retaining wall jobs.
Prior to joining Marshal Renee, Mike worked as an estimator for Ryland Homes and US Home, before moving to Rodman/Western Plains, and later TRW, LP. In total he has 33 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, with the last 17 years working directly with retaining wall construction.

Randy Miller is the Business Development Manager for Marshal Renee. In this Position he works to build and continue to develop long-lasting relationships with developers and general contractors. With 39 years of industry knowledge, Randy also works within the WallPro division, assisting in structural wall estimating and project management.
Joining the Marshal Renee team in January 2022, Randy previously served as the President & CEO of AIM Paving. He believes that the company's vast site services, backed by a team of professionals who know how to get the job done right, offer clients a unique customer experience.
When not at work, you can find Randy outdoors hunting & fishing or attending Nascar events. He is driven by his beliefs, responsibilities and ensures that the utmost respect is given to each client.

Steve Anderson works as the Residential Sales Representative for Marshal Renee. In this position, Steve is responsible for meeting with clients, providing estimates and assisting with design details that fit the families' specific needs. Once the job has been approved by the customer, Steve oversees and manages the entire project from start to finish.
Prior to joining the Marshal Renee team in 2021, Steve was a manufacturer's rep for a paver and retaining wall systems company in Denver, Co. He entered the industry in 2017, bringing with him 5 years of experience to his current role.
With a BA in Music Education from the University of North Texas and a MM in Music Performance from the University of Florida, Steve is an avid listener and performer of jazz music. In addition, Steve enjoys running, multi-day hiking, and taking canoeing trips. He believes that being a family-owned business allows the Marshal Renee team to better provide for our client's individual needs.

Teresa Sanchez works as the Residential Administrative Coordinator for Marshal Renee. In this role she is responsible for job entries, invoicing, managing PO's to suppliers and subcontract WO processes, updating vender pricing and any additional job administrative duties that arise.
An Arlington native, Teresa received her CDA (Child Development Associate) degree from TCC. After 8 years working as a Pre-school teacher, she took a position as the Office Coordinator for AIM Paving and Construction in May 2020. Joining the Marshal Renee team in Jan. 2022, Teresa brings with her 2 years in the paving and construction industry.
Family oriented, Teresa has two boys who are her driving force in everything she does. When not at work, she loves spending time with her loved ones, traveling, hiking, and any activities that bring them outdoors.

Tonya Watson is an Administrative Coordinator for commercial projects at Marshal Renee. In this position, Tonya is responsible for assisting our commercial estimating team. She manages job entries & project information, provides PO's to suppliers, SOV, and handles billing.
With 7 years' experience in the paving industry, Tonya Joined the Marshal Renee team in January 2022. Prior to joining the team, she served as the Office Manager for Aim Paving & Construction. She believes that the company's family, friendly atmosphere makes Marshal Renee unique in the care it provides for its clients.
Born and raised in Lubbock, TX, Tonya has a passion for hobbies that bring her outdoors. Family orientated, she enjoys spending her time outside of work accompanied by her loved ones, cat and dog, Baxter.
Yenifer Reyes is an administrative assistant for Marshal Renee, handling the functions and operations associated with payroll and accounts payable. In this position, Yenifer helps to establish and maintain the payment systems between the company and their vendors.
Prior to joining Marshal Renee, Yenifer worked at Ashley Furniture in the delivery department. However, it wasn't long before people took notice of Yenifer's natural ability to connect and communicate with others. After a short time in the delivery department, Yenifer was promoted to work in customer service where she was able to practice client relations that she still uses in her position today.
Yenifer joined Marshal Renee in 2015 and has thoroughly enjoyed it ever since. Her favorite part of her job is the cohesion the team has, acting and functioning as a family.
