The Quebec ski industry was born in a small town in the Laurentians, called Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts. The ski hill consisted of only a couple of trails when it was founded by Jacques G. Hébert at the beginning of the 70s. in order to establish a link between the village and the mountain, the ski hill acquired the name of Mont Saint-Sauveur. Over the years Mont Saint-Sauveur grew in statures and Mr. Louis Dufour, a skiing fanatic, joined the ranks. Consisting of 5 ski hills, a water park and unique activities, this Québec family business, run by the Hébert and Dufour families, has turned a page of its history by becoming les Sommets in October 2016...
