The Quebec ski industry was born in a small town in the Laurentians, called Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts. From the installation of the first ski lifts in North America to the development of one of the country's biggest ski areas, les Sommets' history is one about family, ambition, innovation and passion... The ski hill consisted of only a couple of trails when it was founded by Jacques G. Hébert at the beginning of the 70s. in order to establish a link between the village and the mountain, the ski hill acquired the name of Mont Saint-Sauveur. Over the years Mont Saint-Sauveur grew in statures and Mr. Louis Dufour, a skiing fanatic, joined the ranks. Consisting of 5 ski hills, a water park and unique activities, this Québec family business, run by the Hébert and Dufour families, has turned a page of its history by becoming les Sommets in October 2016... Water park in St-Sauveur. Near Montreal, come and enjoy our water slide in the best aquaclub in Quebec. Rent a chalet or book a camping..
