Perfect Tooling is a keen investor in our employees, offering on the job training across all departments including tool, jig and die making apprenticeships as well as offering competitive wages and salaries. We attribute this to a low turnover of employees. A large number of employees have been with the Company for more than ten years. Over the years a number of employees have left for "greener pastures" only to return. We are also in our second year of offering training to 10 unemployed people under the MERSETA... Perfect Tooling is family run, Port Elizabeth based Company experienced in the manufacture of Tooling and Pressing of auto components and was established in 1981.
