PWC Building Control Services Ltd (PWC) has had to initiate steps with respect to being placed into Voluntary Liquidation. PWC applied to The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to be put on the Building Control Approvers Register on the 1st February 2024. Unfortunately, the BSR advised us on the 1st August 2024 that our application had failed, and therefore as PWC has not been put on the Register it cannot provide any of the building control functions.
