Andrew is happy to admit that he is a failed accountant, having studied the subject at degree level. Like most Christchurch residents Andrew has worked through the trying times created by the Canterbury earthquakes, and he is proud to call Christchurch home and play his part in the economic regeneration of the city. Relationships and respect in those relationships are the cornerstones of Andrew's personal brand in Christchurch and he is proud to boast many key and senior financial executives in his professional and personal networks.

Christopher Cluse

James Daly

As the only Cantabrian born and raised member of Profile Group, James joined the team in 2023, coming from a blue collar background, having had a career both in the field and in the office, with the past 18 months spent in Recruitment. James is a big believer in, and example of, people's ability to work their way up, and always sees the big picture; something he is dedicated in helping candidates to also achieve. Adding a personal touch to every engagement, James prides himself on his candidate and client relationships, fostering long term partnerships. At Profile, James supports clients in recruiting general business support staff, including Administration, Office Management, EA/PA, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales and HR. In his own time, James loves to travel and can often be found putting his Helicopters license to use, hovering above the Canterbury plains!

Louis Bentley

Louis Bentley began his career specializing in Accountant Management within the IT industry, working for UK-based companies. After leaving the UK for his overseas experience (OE) in 2007 and a couple of exhilarating ski seasons, he found himself in Christchurch. It was there that he realized the importance of advancing his career, prompting him to assume diverse roles in people leadership and change management within the Telecommunication industry, notably making valuable contributions at Telstra Clear and Vodafone. Joining Profile Group in early 2019, Louis brought his unique blend of expertise and humour to the team. As a recruiter, Louis has supported clients in filling roles across business and accounting support, as well as some generalist experience across Supply Chain, IT, HR and Marketing too. Having discovered his passion lies in Payroll and Accounting Support recruitment, this is his core focus within Profile Group, using his uncanny ability to find the perfect match for candidates with the right roles and businesses. Outside of work, Louis enjoys keeping fit, regularly practicing Squash and Thai boxing, and held the prestigious title of WKA South Island champion in his younger years! However, after numerous client meetings filled with coffee and cake, he's taken a step back from competing and now channels his expertise into coaching at various levels.
