EDUCATION: Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia, an M.E. from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Over 30 years experience in Research and Development, involving imaging science, imaging spectroscopy, advanced sensors (hyperspectral, multispectral, and Lidar), advanced statistics, data science and neural networks. Primary applications involve Remote Sensing and Environmental Preservation. He holds two patents and has authored numerous publications.
