Ian is responsible for all Group training services. With 35 years experience in aviation, he has held operational and executive roles at Resource Group for over 13 years. Ian has a wealth of technical and management qualifications and is Accountable Manager of the group EASA Part-147 training organisation.

Jee is responsible for all Group finance, HR, Corporate Services and infrastructure. He is a highly experienced finance director with a career track record in aviation spanning 22 years. Jee is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Accounting).
