Bobby has been with the ROCC team for over 15 years and is our lead visionary. Driving our products forward, he embraces the latest technology and development methodologies in order to deliver our best-of-breed solutions to the housing market - including our ground-breaking market disruptor ROCC Resolve.
Christian has been at ROCC for over 15 years as a senior analytical programmer. He has been responsible for many innovations at ROCC including our MS Dynamics Integrator, Contractor Portal, Media Manager and Operative Tracker solutions - to name just a few.
Christian is a consultative developer, working closely with clients and ROCC analysts to deliver market-leading solutions.

Colin joined ROCC over 25 years ago and is one of our most senior product developers. Colin led the innovations team to deliver the market-leading ROCC Core housing repairs and maintenance system.
Jay joined ROCC's customer success team as a support consultant in 2023 after having been a software developer working in the IT sector for the last 7 years.
His free time mostly consists of web development on side projects, online gaming, politics and attending live music.

Joining the ROCC Projects team in 2023 as a Products and Projects Consultant Jodie has over 17 years of experience working in the housing sector at Aster Group.
Jodie brings a wide range of knowledge and skills to the team, from front line housing experience to large scale software implementations and everything in between. Having worked in a number of project roles, Jodie is a key resource for the ROCC projects team and has a in depth understanding of how our customers work and what their business needs are.
When not at work Jodie spends time out walking her dogs.
John joined the ROCC customer success team in 2022 as a consultant after working in IT hardware and software support for the NHS.
He keeps a close proactive monitor on the performance of our customer cloud solutions making sure they are achieving all of the efficiency gains our systems can deliver.
In his free time John is an avid NFL and football enthusiast and online gamer.
Katie has been with ROCC for over 25 years and is the group's Finance Director.
She heads up both the finance and administration teams for the entire business.
When not overseeing ROCC's finances, Katie is an active fundraiser and local community member supporting the various charitable organisations close to our hearts.

Kris came to ROCC in 2019 after working as an IT support technician. He quickly developed an enthusiasm for building and nurturing relationships and doing what is right for our partners, and became a Client Success Consultant in 2021. As part of our Customer Success Team Kris spends his time ensuring our partners are always happy and monitors ROCC's performance on their behalf to ensure delivery and service are always exceptional.
Laylah came to ROCC in 2023 with over 10 years of experience in providing personal and business assistance to many successful organisations.
Overseeing the organisation of many of ROCC's popular events including the ground-breaking ROCC Strategic Advisory Group, Laylah makes sure all ROCC's partners have the best possible experience, and thoroughly enjoy their engagements with the ROCC team.

Lindsey joined ROCC in 2023 as a products and projects consultant and brings to the team a wealth of personal knowledge and experience of managing and implementing software systems to the housing market.
Prior to ROCC Lindsey worked for Civica providing housing management consultancy for the CX solution. Lindsey has also gained first hand experience of the challenges our customers face during her time working at Midland Heart Housing Association as a data anlyst.
Luke has been ROCC Chairman since 2016 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire ROCC group.
Previously CEO from 2000, he is committed to ROCC's on-going success as a provider of quality long-term solutions to its chosen markets.
Luke is involved with various initiatives, including working with and sponsoring young adults in need and working with homeless organisations, in order to ensure that ROCC contributes to the local community.

Marko joined the ROCC mobile application development team in 2021 after graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a Masters degree in Computer Science. Marko works as part of our strategic app development team carrying out research and development of new mobile applications using the latest cutting-edge technology. Marko also busies himself with developing and releasing his own mobile app projects to the public.
Our Head of Customer Success, Matt has been with ROCC for over 15 years. His passion for providing exceptional service and quality is the driving force that has ensured ROCC's service level agreements are the strictest in the industry - it's also why our customer satisfaction results are continuously above 99%.
When his two daughters allow him some free time he is an enthusiastic NFL fan and comic book obsessive.

Oli joined ROCC in 2015 as a junior support consultant and quickly progressed through our technical support team to be a Senior Technical Consultant.
With an eye for detail and a passion for getting it right, Oli ensures our partners' cloud solutions are built and optimised to provide maximum resilience and performance at all times.

Bringing his experience working at multiple industry-leading housing software suppliers, Peter's in-depth knowledge of customer requirements guarantees that our partners receive the best service and tailored solutions to meet and exceed of all of their business requirements.
As an expert business-wide consultant, Peter's experience is appreciated by all of the ROCC teams and he can be found in roles as varied as pre-sales discussions through to client-side project management.

Pete has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. In that time his career has given him the opportunities to lead a wide variety of business teams, including customer service, development, projects, marketing and sales.
As Business Operations Director for the ROCC software group, Pete is responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of all of ROCC's industry-leading software and service solutions to the housing market.
Ronni joined ROCC over 15 years ago as a Technical Support Consultant and has since progressed through the company to now be our Head of Products.
Ronni leads our product team and provides strategic direction to deliver new software apps, enhanced functionality and cutting-edge technology advances.
Scott has been with the ROCC technical support team since 2014; a key member of the group, he ensures our customers are happy and that our software is operating as it should do at all times.
Scott is hugely experienced in all our reporting and analytical solutions including ROCC Focus, and can often be found aiding our partners to develop business critical management reports or using analytical forecasting to help predict future trends.
Stuart is one of our team of Project Managers, and as well as a long history in project and programme management, working in diverse sectors such as IT, Education and Publishing, Stuart was formally a local authority Housing Officer.
When not working, Stuart is generally busy with his horses, competing locally and nationally.
