Asha worked in two leading Montessori schools in Winnipeg as a Montessori teacher and supervisor for over six years before she started the Richmond Montessori School (RMS) in 2012. She had previously taught as a kindergarten teacher for two years and a primary school (English, Mathematics, Science, and Geography) for four years, which further expanded her experience in early childhood education... Our schools are staffed with Montessori-certified teachers and accredited Early Childhood Educators - staff is all classified under Manitoba Family Services and Labor, as Early Childhood Educators and Child Care Assistants.
