Hazel has been with RT Financial Planners since the beginning and plays an important role in overseeing the day-to-day finances of the company.
As Accounts Manager, Hazel is responsible for the accounts, payroll and fees. In addition, she supports the Financial Advisers in looking after their clients both on the phone and in-person at the office.

James joined RT Financial Planners in 2021 as a qualified adviser having had 11 years' experience in the Financial Services industry.
James originally trained as a certified accountant at a top 10 international accountancy firm before working with private individuals to help them with their financial goals and ambitions. James can advise on all aspects of your finances and work with you to build a long-term, sustainable and robust financial plan.
Joe has worked in the financial services sector for over 20 years, mainly for large banking institutions, and has gained a vast amount of experience advising clients across a wide range of areas from investment products to regulated mortgages as well as more bespoke borrowing requirements.
Wanting to have more control over his career and how he is able to look after clients throughout their lifecycle, Joe decided to join RT Financial Planners in September 2021, to give him the empowerment to achieve these goals.
Joe prides himself on honesty and integrity and doing what is genuinely right by clients, helping them to achieve their goals in life is what any good financial adviser should aspire to.
Outside of work Joe spends most of his free-time with his family and when able to and when old legs allow, he likes to run with his local running club. Joe also plans to continue his studies working towards chartered status.
Kylie works for RT as a Paraplanner. Having spent over 7 years in retail banking, Kylie has a strong customer service and administration background.
She took her career path into her own hands by completing a Diploma in Financial planning (while raising two small children) and will be using this knowledge and her extensive experience of financial services to support the Directors and Financial Advisors through the client journey, from report writing to valuations and everything in between!
Matthew is based at the Winchcombe office dealing with all aspects of client administration and support of the directors and advisers.
He joined RT Financial Planners in 2019 as an Administrator, having spent nearly 18 years with the Yorkshire Building Society.
