The Trustees of the Ross of Mull Historical Centre are committed to advancing the Scottish Government's Fair Work First Policy. To this effect, we pay anyone we employ the real Living Wage and ensure that there is a channel for them to have an effective voice. Currently there is one dedicated Trustee who liaises with our only paid staff member but all Trustees are available to be approached should there be an issue... Ross of Mull Historical Centre is a hub if local information and encourages exploration of the cultural, natural and built environment of the area.
