Gerald O. Schultz

Gerald O. Schultz received his B.A. (Cum Laude) from Ottawa University in 1981 and his J.D. (with Honors) from Washburn University School of Law in 1984. After serving Southwest Kansas in private practice, Gerry founded this office in 1991. During his tenure in Garden City, Gerry has served as President of the Finney County Bar Association, President of Crossroads, President of Southwind Country Club, and President of Finney County United Way. Gerry currently represents many civic organizations. Gerry has served on the Kansas Bar Association Legislative Committee and was a Member of the Kansas Supreme Court Blue Ribbon Commission in 2011. Gerry is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Presently, Gerry serves on the 25th Judicial District Nominating Commission and is active in supporting the proper role of the Judiciary in these challenging times in Kansas.

Logan M. Schultz

Logan M. Schultz joined Schultz Law Office, P.A. in August of 2016. Logan received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ottawa University in May of 2012. While at Ottawa University, Logan was named an NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete. Logan then received his Juris Doctor with Dean's Honors from Washburn University in May of 2016. In 2016, Logan was admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Logan is engaged in the general practice of law, and handles cases in many different areas of the law. Margaret M. Schultz

Margaret M. Schultz joined the firm in September of 2016. Margaret received her Bachelor's Degree in History from Avila University in December of 2013. After graduation, Margaret immediately began law school at Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Margaret received her Juris Doctor with Dean's Honors in May of 2016. Margaret is admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Margaret's practice is focused on family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and paternity matters. Margaret's practice also includes child in need of care cases in which she represents the parents, the child's placement, or is the Guardian-Ad-Litem for the child. Zachary D. Schultz

Zachary D. Schultz joined the firm in May of 2013. Zachary received his Bachelor's Degree from Ottawa University in May of 2010, majoring in Mathematics. Upon graduation from Ottawa University, Zachary attended Washburn University School of Law, where he graduated with Honors in December of 2012. Zachary is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Kansas, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Zachary currently serves as a Co-President of the Finney County Bar Association, having been elected by his fellow lawyers of the Finney County Bar Association to serve as Co-President beginning in November of 2013. He also serves as a trustee of the Finney County Law Library, and serves on both the State Board of Director's of the Kansas Children's Service League and the local policy council of the Kansas Children's Service League. Zachary is engaged in the general practice of law, handling a wide variety of cases. Primarily, Zachary handles civil litigation, oil and gas law, banking law, domestic cases (divorce, paternity actions, etc.), and personal injury cases.
