SCIPS is a community led charitable organisation guided by the principles of empowerment, democracy and inclusion... SCIPS prides itself on having a flexible approach. We can tailor our services to meet the needs and aspirations of Sandwell's varied communities and ever-changing environment... SCIPS has been supporting Sandwell residents for over 30 years. It evolved from a housing pressure group to become Sandwell Tenants and Residents Federation before registering as a limited company in 1995. It become the registered charity it is today in 2002, complete with name change.
