SOUTHWEST PSYCHOTHERAPY

At South West Psychotherapy our therapists adopt an integrative approach within our therapy practice as well as in our supervision. Integrative therapy aims to bring different therapeutic models, methods and philosophies together in a principled way. Studies have shown no individual therapy to be any more effective than any other; and by tailoring each and every clients individual therapy to that specific individual, we take the best from a wide range of therapies relevant to that particular client at that particular time... We are able to provide help & support for individuals, couples, families and groups in Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset... We also work with associate therapists who hold the minimum of Diploma level qualifications and are members of at least one of the UK accredited counselling organisations.
