As President and Chief Revenue Officer, Ben believes in creating customer value relentlessly. While other software companies chase revenue at all costs, Ben focuses on building a highly engaged, inspired customer base. He directs our commercial team to focus on "we," only closing deals that create long-term value for both our customers and our company. He's an expert at aligning and inspiring a 100% remote workforce, taking bold action to continuously improve CSAT, and helping our customers to do the same. Under Scott Brighton's leadership, Ben has helped Aurea grow from 250 customers to over 4000 - creating the frameworks that simplify and connect every aspect of our business (from processes to people).

Chase Russell

As Chief Product Officer at Aurea, Chase defines and delivers Aurea's "Netflix of Business Software" vision at the company, portfolio, and product level. Chase is a passionate evangelist for Aurea's growing library of software and brings a deep and disciplined understanding of each product's value to his role. In addition, Chase enhances Aurea's product strategy with compelling insight into how work, commerce, and IT will evolve over the next 10 years. Chase draws on his background in operations, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy to lead a product team that excels in both the art of product management and the science of frameworks that deliver quality and efficiency at scale.

Dionn Schaffner

Dionn Schaffner is Chief Diversity Officer at Aurea. Her mission is to launch Aurea's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) journey and to work with peer DEI officers across the customer base to jointly define the role technology will play in helping realize their commitment to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations. Dionn's experience in combining technology, people and processes to deliver impactful results through critical analysis, data-driven decisions and purposeful leadership spans over 25 years in various roles from software developer to management consultant to executive leadership. Most recently, she has shifted to a civic focus through non-profit board leadership and community advocacy to discover and implement ways to remove barriers and enable opportunities for those who have systemically lacked access and resources. She is currently active in her community supporting youth and families in foster care as a board member for Foster Village and Chair of the Volunteer Council and a Guardian ad Litem for CASA of Travis County, creating opportunities and encouraging philanthropy as board member for Young Men's Service League and Geri's Locker, and advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion through her volunteer work on Leander ISD's Equity and Diversity Committee, a Texas State Representative's Anti-Racism Advisory Group and CASA's legislative volunteers.

Eric was part of the leadership team that launched Aurea in 2012. Following eight years as Chief Marketing Officer, Eric assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer - ensuring durable growth and sustainable success at our largest and most strategic enterprise customers in financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology and energy. Before joining Aurea, Eric was President of Woodnote Marketing, a privately held marketing and business consultancy, serving CEOs and boards at mid-size growth technology firms. Previously, Eric led Marketing for Dell's $8BN Consumer and Small & Medium business units, following five years as Chief Marketing Officer at Trilogy, one of the world's largest, privately held software companies, and a decade at Omnicom advertising agency BBDO. Part of Aurea's original leadership team since 2012, Eric partners with enterprise customers to drive competitive advantage with our suite of Cloud solutions. Recognizing the profound impact Cloud Computing has on large enterprises and their ability to scale, innovate and grow, Eric leads our CloudFix Economics initiatives for the world's largest AWS customers. Evangelist Rahul Subramaniam - Founder

Rahul is Founder and Chief Evangelist at CloudFix, and a board member of the FinOps Foundation. Throughout his career, Rahul has successfully migrated over 140+ enterprise software products to AWS. He has applied over 15 years of experience working with AWS services to create revolutionary products like CloudFix and DevFlows that transform how users build, manage, and optimize in AWS. Rahul is also the founder and co-host of AWS Insiders, a leading industry podcast offering a no-holds-barred look at the state and future of AWS and cloud computing. CloudFix Founder and Chief Evangelist Rahul Subramaniam leads his team in developing an in-house tool that finds savings opportunities and implements them automatically. Rahul Subramaniam, CloudFix Founder and Chief Evangelist, created CloudFix to help the business quickly realize immediate savings across its massive AWS spend. Garett Smith

As the AWS Alliance Lead for Aurea CloudFix, Garett manages strategic alliances and the sales teams supporting CloudFix partnerships with a focus on collaborating with AWS to bring best-in-class service to CloudFix customers. Garett has spent close to a decade in M&A and strategy consulting following years in accounting and finance. He co-founded several start-ups, enjoys discussing go-to-market and product strategy, and is an avid Junior Achievement volunteer.

Mark Hall

As EVP of Global Sales, Mark Hall leads the Aurea commercial teams in delivering exceptional business value to our customers. Mark brings 20+ years in enterprise software leadership, most recently at Progress Software, to his executive position. He holds a BA from Lancaster University and lives in London.

Miguel Bracchini

Scott Brighton - CEO

As CEO of Aurea, Scott leads our executive team in defining our mission and strategy - which he balances with his passion for spending time with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our solutions are designed to deliver success. Prior to Aurea, Scott served as the President and CEO of Artemis International, a global project and portfolio management software company serving hundreds of Global 2000 companies across the world. Under his leadership, Artemis arrested a multi-year trend of revenue decline with three consecutive years of double-digit growth while also tripling profitability. In 2012, Scott led Artemis through the successful acquisition and integration of Accept Corporation, a SAAS-based product planning software company.

Stacey Nash

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, learning new technologies like 3D printing, reading, or simply spending time outdoors.
