In 2023, we acquired T3RG Motorcycle Schools, a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Training Provider operating in Denver, Colorado since 2003, T3RG Motorcycle Schools trained more than 24,000 students, offering motorcycle safety classes for novice through advanced riders at multiple locations. In 2007, T3RG developed the Civilian Top Gun Training program followed by the introduction of the Civilian Top Gun Competition in 2008. T3RG established market dominance as the exclusive provider of slow speed precision training for civilian riders interested in professional levels of safety and skill previously only available only to law enforcement... Ride On Motorcycle Training LLC (Ride On) has fully acquired T3RG Motorcycle Schools. We are building on their base of programs, improving and expanding our catalog of offerings.
