Support-System is an efficient ticket system based on PHP/MySQL. The basic upport system contains all features that are expected from a billing system - the ideal tool for beginners and professionals. A first version of Support-System was designed and developed in 2002 by Irmler IT-Solutions, mainly for ISP's. A simple design, quick load times and fast graphics were the priorities.
